The room had an exposed plumbing vent.

Pros: Staff was generally friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had difficulty with room keys not working for four straight days of our stay one particular employee was not helpful with our problem.
Location: Location was difficult to find coming from S. No noticlble signage. Handicap parking was blocked by temporary storage building.
There was an open plumbing vent with only a piece of elec. tape over it under the desk. Very dangerous and we had a bad odor that we finally thought might be coming from it during the mornings.

Staff was super and the breakfast was 5 plus

Pros: Clean and staff that went the extra step
Cons: Maybe a better rate for just seniors
Location: We were given a list of places to eat and we went to Flatirons and had a meal the greatest I've had since moving to Colorado.
Just really nice staff made it outstanding and breakfast was out of this world. Not the same old stuff but great

Staff was nice. BUT The place is dingy. Our first day the room was not serviced. At midday we asked front desk to please have it serviced. Got back after 10pm. Not done. Ask for refund. Said since we booked through hotels.com they couldn't. So have called hotels.com twice. Waiting for answer. Bathrooms were dingy. We were on second floor. No elevator. Had to lug bags up the steps. Breakfast was very disappointing but the staff was nice.

We got in the room & immediately had to report to the hotel the damages so they would not charge my credit cards. We have pictures of chips/breaks in the headboard, the bathroom door was chopped & ragged & had scuff marks on the bottom as if a dog was previously in there & tried gnawing at it. There's no elevator. & The dining area provided for breakfast was a bit cramped.

I asked for no room by the elevator or stair ways. I ended up first room next to stairway and outside door. So I was waken many time with people going in and out to smoke. Then the last night at 2:13 am I was waken by a drunk that fell going up the steps. So after I couldn't get back to sleep I got up and started back home.
