Check in was quick and easy. The location is close to all the must-see tourist attractions such as Cave of the Wind, Pikes Peak, and the Cliff Dwellings! Staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great and convenient.

Keys did not work well to our rooms. Keys never worked on pool door. Receptionist did not disclose of doors being locked around building at 8:00 pm then we got yelled at by evening receptionist for banging on the door. Kids slipped and fell on icy sidewalk en route to finding door that our key would work. No towels at pool then requested towels at desk but no towels there either.

Staff is absolutely amazing. Property was renovated with cheap finishes. i.e. stapled on vinyl baseboards, plastic bath tub overlays. Not terribly picky but this particular hotel just doesn't meet my low standards.

I am so thankful for the caring, attentive,and understanding staff. They work with you to make sure stay is comfortable and relaxing. The front office manager, Lavinia, is such a blessing. She always has a smile on her face. She bends over backwards to make sure guests are welcomed.

Attention for details needed
The staff was awesome! We stayed in a room that had recent work done and the bathroom floor needed mopped again because their was stains from the drywall dust. The shower also didn’t drain properly. But other then that the room was great. The bests are hard, we prefer softer so we woke up with back pain.

The property was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Jared (front desk clerk) was so nice and we enjoyed visiting with him! Our room was just what we expected and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay again?

Great hot tub and pool area! Happy they let our dog stay with us as well! The coffee machine in the lobby was on and available 24/7! Breakfast got us up and out the door fed! Thanks for a great stay!

My stay began horribly, the room I checked into the air unit didn’t work, there was no parking outside my room. However once I switched to a clean room, with a working air unit and toilet, my stay was very pleasant. The pool, n hot tube are open late which was a huge plus for me, and no kids under 18 after 10, was a huge plus. The showers had great pressure, and beds were very comfortable. Plus the location was great for work.

Nice place to stay. Great customer service. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean and the hot breakfast on a Saturday morning was delicious. I’d definitely stay again. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by, too.
