Could be a great property but it is tired and out of date. The bathrooms haven’t changed since I was there 15 years ago. Very average interiors. Wyndham can do better than this……

Beautiful property and amenities, very family feiendly clean and fun. Only complaint was resteraunt was over an hour wait foe our food, over cooked fries and chicken and not great service.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort overall was a VERY nice place to stay. The views from the hotel could be described from the first 4 lines of "America the Beautiful!" It's a very convenient location to interesting attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pike's Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The staff were very courteous, welcoming & very helpful if there was anything you needed. Our room was very clean, spacious, and tidy. It had a nice little patio and a quick walk to the pool & hot tub, which our kids really liked. It was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend this place to friends & family.

Came for a special event at the hotel. Amazing hotel and location with Cheyenne mountain in the backdrop. The event was spectacular too. Probably the best hotel and resort in Colorado Springs.

Property was very average- many resort amenities were under construction during our stay. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing, our kids and ourselves could only swim for about 20 mins. The food was awful! We went for breakfast and the sausage link I cut into was cold and not cooked, the scrambled eggs were also very cold. I went in with more expectations

Great stay overall. It was clean, and the views were awesome. My family enjoyed the pool as well and dinner at one of the restaurants. The only complaint is that our room’s AC wasn’t working, we called the front desk to report it and they never fixed it or gave us another room. We managed it by leaving the glass door open to let the room cool off.

The place is ok, employees are nice. The rooms could do with an update or atleast change out the carpets. The smell of old/must was uncomfortable. We attempted to eat in one of the onsite restaurants that was actually open when we passed by and sadly had to leave because it just smelled old and felt unkept. Also, A/C was giving us problems at night. The bathroom was nice and enjoyed the balcony in our room.

It was a beautiful property. The view alone was worth the trip. The food options were delicious and the spa was very relaxing. The one thing I would suggest is to provide more on premises entertainment. They had live music on Thursday but the end of the week, nothing.

Such a terrific family-friendly resort with one of the best beds we've ever slept in. Amazing staff and delicious food. A million activities and a gorgeous location. Thin walls allow you to hear your neighbors easily and 1-ply toilet paper was an unfortunate surprise.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The views from our balcony were awesome. The room was great. Check in and out was fast and easy. The house keeping was inconsistent, usually late - one day after 5:30pm, except one morning when they woke us up at 8:30am. I was unable to locate an ice machine in our building.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable property. Stayed during a huge snowstorm. Sure the staff was doing their best to keep up but the sidewalks continually needed more shoveling. The parking lot also needed additional plowing. Very limited menu and choices for happy hour. Wonderful breakfast buffet.
