Walked into the lobby and waited 30 minutes to check in..
Once checking in I read the sign that says they will put a hold on the full amount Plus $50 per day on whatever card you reserved with. In addition the daily charges on the room were, 1. the room rate 2. Room Tax/PIF $23 to $25 a night, and 3. *Facilities Service Chg Tran* $24 a night. So an additional $50 a night in addition to the $200 a night room rate.
Now for the "upgraded" room, I paid extra for a view of the mountains since it was my 9year olds first visit. The view.. they moved us to the last building and onto the bottom rooms. so looking through the trees over the golf course we could see the mountains, but I do understand if we would have been in any other building we couldn't have seen the mountains. So, although pricey for the kids smile it was worth it for the extra charge.
Now, the bottom row is in a VERY dark area! The lights are 4 to 5 feet from the door and when you are trying use the key card you are right in the way of the light, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to see the card slot!! Terrible!!!
Lastly, twice!! someone knocked on our door at 3AM! Yes, that's two nights in a row. They knocked and knocked until we answered and then he said, luggage carry out. then without me saying anything he left! Looking through the key hole I couldn't see him. The desk the next morning had no clue what I was talking about.. EVEN the second night.
