Overpriced, dilapidated, not updated, no parking, the closest door from where we had to park had no key card entry so we had to walk all the way around to the back in the dark with children and our luggage, poor lighting in the parking lot, the A/C was set to 65 when we got into the room, turned on the heat to warm up the room a bit and it started smelling like something was burning. Vinyl crib mattresses, other Clarions we have stayed at had breathable mattresses so I was up half the night keeping an eye on my infant. The heat lamp in the bathroom was a corkscrew bulb. Paper thin walls, people having long conversations outside our door all morning... Tiniest hotel elevator I have ever been in. Half the breakfast choices that other Clarions have. Truly disappointing because we have stayed in Clarion hotels at least 2 dozen times this year.
