Nice views, rooms and amenities. Very clean and no outdated items. However staff is young and their experience doesn't match the look, feel and style of this hotel. Had issues checking in, dinner wait staff and checking out. Very frustrating however will still recommend due to views and comfort.

Pros: Rooms are nice, and clean
Cons: A little more separation for the lounge area would be nice
Location: Love Old Colorado city
We stay here often to visit family. We can count on the hotel to be put together every time. What more could you ask for?

Pros: Drive to hotel was nice, entry was very nice and staff were nice
Cons: Room was extremely small, had to ask to change the sheets because there were stains on them, mold in shower. Had a mountain view, but also a view of the outdoor pool that was disgusting. Hot tub wasnt covered and had black water in it, so it ruined the view
Location: Location is ok, easy access to highway

This hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful. Could use a little upgrading in the hallways...i.e. Better lighting, brighter colors...but the room was well designed and modern. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Only there one night but it seemed like a very good value!

Marrioit is definitely dropping the ball. Stayed in Denver at a Marriott for two nights and in Colorado Springs one night. Both hotels was $200 a night. For that price you would expect the bedding to be on point. Originally requested a king bed but one was not available so i opted for the doubles. Got into bed late at night and sheets were completely worn! Bed sheet was so old and worn it was balled up. Not sure if that was a correct term for it so see picture. I'm not the type to complain but this was awful and had to be addressed. I've stayed at a ton of hotels and never encountered anything as bad as this. Even hotels in third world countries didn't have this problem. Luckily I had an extra bed to sleep on.

Dear Johnny, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. I'd like to personally apologize for the poor condition of the sheets that were in your room. I have personally shared your comments with our housekeeping staff so that we can do a better job of sorting the linen that is not up to our standards. I hope you will consider giving the hotel another opportunity the next time your travels bring you to Colorado Springs. Sincerely, Michael Giamundo General Manager

Pros: Location, trails and gym.
Location: There is a lot of shopping and close to major highway but far enough away to be quiet.
We stayed in the hotel on the way to WA. Behind the Hotel is a nice hiking trail with a beautiful view of the mountains behind the Hotel. We used the gym which is very modern with nice cardio equipment. The bed was the best part, I slept great.
