Thank you for sharing feedback from your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the condition of the linen and shower. I have personally shared your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure that this is an isolated incident. We did have a spa cover coming and am sorry that it wasn't installed before your stay. Thank you for your comment on how nice the staff was.
