Marrioit is definitely dropping the ball. Stayed in Denver at a Marriott for two nights and in Colorado Springs one night. Both hotels was $200 a night. For that price you would expect the bedding to be on point. Originally requested a king bed but one was not available so i opted for the doubles. Got into bed late at night and sheets were completely worn! Bed sheet was so old and worn it was balled up. Not sure if that was a correct term for it so see picture. I'm not the type to complain but this was awful and had to be addressed. I've stayed at a ton of hotels and never encountered anything as bad as this. Even hotels in third world countries didn't have this problem. Luckily I had an extra bed to sleep on.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. I'd like to personally apologize for the poor condition of the sheets that were in your room. I have personally shared your comments with our housekeeping staff so that we can do a better job of sorting the linen that is not up to our standards. I hope you will consider giving the hotel another opportunity the next time your travels bring you to Colorado Springs.
