Sorri pero las personas que atienden al entrar . No son muy amables . El cuarto no está limpio. No fue la habitación que yo pedí . Pedí una para un niño con discapacidad y poder usar su silla . Y me daban una en un segundo piso x fin me dieron una en primer piso pero esos detalles no tienen que pasar . El baño no era limpio . Disculpen gracias

Muy descuidado el hotel, necesita remodelaciones y el desayuno ensayaba muy malo. Creo que tienen mucho dinero ir mejorar. No tenían suficientes toallas y To Baño de miraba muy sucio.

Gracias por tu tiempo y comentarios. Lamento escuchar su estancia con nosotros. Entiendo que está molesto debido a las toallas que les pedimos, pero están en espera ya que para nuestro desayuno en realidad ofrecemos más lo que nuestra marca requiere, pero lamento que no lo haya disfrutado. También estamos en medio de hacer remodelaciones en el hotel, pero tuvimos que parar debido a que el hotel se vendió todo el tiempo. Espero que hayan tenido viajes seguros. Bendito sea mi hijo. Even that the room was clean enough to stay, the whole hotel was dirty. We stayed two night and the stairs to our room were uncleanded. People who live here (literally) were smoking in the parking lot, hanging there the whole day bacuse they don’t have jobs. We saw them asking for money in the Old Town few blocks from there. I won’t recommend this hotel at all.

Thank you for your time and comments. I am sorry that you feel that way about some of our guest. Yes they do hang out in the parking lot to smoke due to they follow our rules of no smoking in the rooms or inside the hotel. As for them not having jobs its not our place to judge people if they are paying for their rooms. I do hope you had safe travels and Blessed be. Thank you Stephanie Manager

for one to not be allowed any guests of any kind for any reason is got to be the dumbest thing i’ve ever been told in my life but for two they have you put $100 deposit cash mind you cash only and don’t tell you till you’re trying to get your refund of your hundred dollar deposit that you’re not getting your deposit because there were guests over at your room for any amount of time on any day so the fact that I paid over $350 to stay at this place for four days including my deposit and was told not a single person can come in or out of my room then they’re keeping it and that’s exactly what they did not an ungodly hour 7 o’clock at night justified them keeping my hundred dollar deposit

very old and sketchy throughout. way overdue for basic remodeling, gross flooring throughout etc. smells like a foreign convenience mart when entering. if you just need somewhere to crash and shower it can work.

OK, the description and pictures are not even close to the reallity but anyways we gave a shot, and at the end i need to adjust the return day one nigth because i did the change but never apply, I asked for early check up they back to me we all kind of policies (bs), I only asked where are the policies to let the customer get what they paid for. Policies just work for business owners not for customers. People have to be more customer service driving , because owners if you did not know is the customers that maintain your business open.

Absolute great deal! Staff cares about their job. Older building, but well taken care of, clean, breakfast does the trick. Very pleased considering I paid literally half the price of most budget hotels.

The towels were not clean and the hotel in general was run down. The whole place smelled like cigarettes smoke.

Trustworthy quality for good value.
My stay at Rodeway was highlighted by the welcoming and hospitable folks working. They were quick to accommodate the specifics of my travel. Everyone I spoke to impressed me as honest and trustworthy, so I felt secure and comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a number of amenities such as coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. The bedding and towels were fresh and spotless. Based on other reviews, I was not initially sure what to expect. But after my positive experience, I realized that some people leave reviews that are based upon their own expectations, which are sometime unrealistic. Considering the value and convenience, I was impressed with the quality of this stay, and most of all with the staff. I will consider returning here next time I visit the area.

The motel needs a lot of maintenance. Carpets in the common areas need cleaning. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. Windows are boarded up. Towels had holes in them. The main hallway is uneven and a tripping hazard. There is a lot of competition within 2 miles of this location, so the owners would be well advised to step it up. This location diminishes Choice Hotels and Rodeway in my opinion.

We stayed at this property due to the low price and convenient location in accordance the our road trip route. Upon pulling into the parking lot, there were a lot of pot holes. Upon entering our room, the light switch didn’t work. I looked at the ceiling and the smoke detector was missing, and there was paper stuffed into its mount. There was also a spot where there was a crack in the ceiling and the paint was hanging down. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. The flooring was uneven and felt like it was sinking in certain spots. The bed was really creaky and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. The A/C didn’t keep the room cool. There were black spots in the bath tub. The bathroom door had a hole from what I assume was a prior guest punching or kicking it. The door also had a spot that was patched with what looked like duct tape. The bathroom door was warped, so it wouldn’t close all the way without serious force. There was also missing paint and a crack in the bathroom wall. I have made many bookings through Expedia and have never been this disappointed in a property. I would not recommend.

Dirty …. this is anecdotal, after all, what really stood out was the amount of dust accumulated in lamps, curtains , under the beds,windows, furnitures. lamps not working, dirty carpet, horrible bathroom walls with stains. and bathroom did not have a curtain. it was much better to sleep in my car,and the receptionist was not very friendly, he is very rude.
