Overall, the room was fairly clean. But when using the shower there was hair in the tub and on the shower walls from the guests before. Which was very gross!

When I first arrived, the shower was dirty. My wife washed out the shower. The bathroom door opens to the cooking area. Rooms were poorly laid out, in design. I will not stay in another one without seeing the rooms first.

Everything we needed for a week-long business trip

Pros: close enough to everything, but far enough away to be quiet.
Cons: Everything was great, not sure how to improve.
Location: scenic mountain vews; lots of restaurants and shopping nearby; close to every major road, easy to get to wherever we needed to go. quiet location.
I usually seek out an Extended Stay when we have to travel, either for business or personal. They always have everything we need! It's like staying in a mini apartment. I love the fact that there is a full kitchen in every suite, as going out for every meal is so damaging to the wallet and the waistline, lol This Colorado Springs hotel is a fantastic value for the price, the staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly, and made sure we felt welcome whenever they saw us coming or going. If you're the type that stays somewhere for an extended period and wants your room serviced every single day, this might not be the place for you...but it was perfectly fine with us, since i'm not used to someone coming into my home to clean up every day while I'm gone. In that way it felt like home for a while -- everything as I left it that morning. If we needed more towels, we just went to the front desk and they were happy to give us fresh ones. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and when we return to the area again, we will definitely be staying here again.

Clean hotel, helpful staff

The only negative is the free breakfast consisted of coffee with only sweetened cream and a granola bar

Worse place I have ever stayed. Room had a very unpleasant odor and the continual dog barking in next room kept me up all night also the floor was supposed to be non smoking and you could smell smoke as soon as I got off elevator. I asked lady at desk uf there was a place where I could get food and she didnt know any

Nice, friendly staff. Good value for the price. Only complaint from me is the hard bed. My husband was happy with the bed.
