Was the second of a 2 night stay. There was no hot water in the room, so shower in the morning was cold. When I complained to the front desk staff, they effectively said nothing.

The hotel, despite taking my Cash app Visa as payment would not take it for incidentals. These people are incompetent.

Everything was great. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly and accommodating. Only draw back was indoor pool was out of order due to needing repair but otherwise great place. And AFFORDABLE!!!

When we checked in we were just given the keys. Nothing about breakfast, check out, or that the pool was closed. Also the fact that the po was closed.

This property is rough. The entire facility needs some money put into it. The beds are not comfortable, the bathroom fixtures are falling apart. We had to have 2 people when turning the shower on, one to pull the tab and one to hold the fixture in the wall. Pool was closed. Don't even bother going to breakfast, you'll be happy you missed it. They are pet friendly, which is convenient. But there is no designated "potty" spot like I have seen at other dog friendly hotels. There is no reason we will be staying here in the future.

Christmas Stay
We always stay at this Fairfield Inn when we visit family in Monument CO. One of the things we like best is having an indoor pool. I asked or a room near the pool when I booked. The girl I spoke to never bothered to tell me the pool had been closed for a month due to a needed repair. This was very disappointing. They did give us a room upgrade for the inconvenience. We'll stay again for sure. One draw back was a barking dog that was in a room two doors away. Very annoying.

This place was my saving grace. I booked a room at another hotel and it was extremely unstaffed, dirty and disgusting. This hotel let me check in early and was extremely friendly and convenient.

Front desk staff was not friendly when I was checking in. Closet door in room did not shut. Air conditioner in room didn't work properly. There was only one staff member working in the breakfast area and she could not keep up. Coffee and hot water ran out on multiple occassions.

Our first night stay the room was at 58 degrees called the front desk and they said that the heating unit got hit by lighting and they had no control with the thermostat in the room and they had no other rooms, so come down to the office and they would give us some blankets which they did. The next night the temperature outside was warmer so the room was warmer.

Not worth it, stay somewhere else
Check in was easy but we got into our room and it smelled disgusting, the room reeked of body odor. I kept calling down to the front desk if to see if could get it changed and we couldnt. We decided to deal with it because we were tired and hungry, then took the family down to the pool. The hotel website showed a heated pool but the pool was cold and dark and you could hardly see in the pool room. Its a was a disgusting state.
