Very beautiful place to stay! The rooms are to die for! We will be back with our kids!
The hotel staff is very accommodating and willing to help. The facilities are well maintained but the rooms could use some up dating.
The Broadmoor deserves five stars. It is perfect. The service is impeccable and friendly. The beauty of the hotel and its surroundings is breathtaking.
Not typically a fan of the cold weather vacations but I must say this was really fun. We ziplined and did a lot of great activities near the resort and the views were breathtaking in the mornings when we had our breakfast. I definitely would love to come back and stay longer. Everyone was so ...
Sheets had a few stains and a cigarette burn hole but were otherwise clean as was the rest of our room. Window leaked cold air but curtains kept it contained. Overall as expected for the price and happy with our short stay.
We weren't thrilled with hope the breakfast tasted. It was nice that they had it, but the waffles were bland and the eggs were very runny almost under cooked, along with my sausage being pink in the middle still. The internet in our room (both hardwired and wifi) were not very good at all.
Hotel location was great! Friendly staff, clean hotel and clean rooms, Beds were not comfortable and the indoor pool was closed.
hotel conveniently located to all amenities and places which I was visiting
Unfortunately the breakfast situation was very bad but they are trying to address it the hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful mailed my eyeglasses to me when I inadvertently left them in the room
Basic room for 1 night stay fit budget and expectations
very nice hotel. clean. close to restaurants. nice staff. air and heat work good and fast. would definitely come back and refer friends here.
Fabulous hotel. Modern facility. Very helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. I’ve stayed in a lot of high end hotels that don’t come close to the service. Only con is it’s 2 miles from the shopping area but it’s totallh worth the short drive.
It’s always a pleasure with staff easy checking in and beds are very comfortable
Got a great price on Expedia for a 3 star hotel. Room was nice but not great. Could have been cleaner. Had to walk a mile to get to the elevator to get to my room.
It's very clean, hotel is dated, staff was nice. . Very eclectic atmosphere
You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not the best part of town. But it worked out well for us for a night. Also I thought it came with breakfast but it didn’t. There was a pool but outdoors I didn’t see a hot tub I think the pool was closed or extremely low.
Everything was very pleasant. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone that is trying to save money.
