Not bad, not great.

Pros: Clean, great staff, fairly comfortable.
Cons: More handicapped spaces, add microwaves to rooms and more firm pillows.
Location: North Colorado Springs, very close to shopping and restaurants and not far from some of the local sights.
The staff was wonderful, friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms were kinda cramped but everything in the room worked and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows we dubbed "mushmellows". There was no microwave in the room and the only available microwave was in the breakfast serving area. The breakfast selection was good with the usual continental fare as well as eggs and a breakfast meat. Overall our experience was good.

Hampton Stay

Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Beds
We stayed here for one night when we were taking my daughter to Colorado State to enroll. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The issue we had was with the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. I am usually the one that has issues with beds, but both my wife and 19 year old daughter were unable to sleep in these beds. We cancelled our other two nights we had planned to stay without incident.

Room service not the best.

House keeping didn't come in two times!! The desk gave us clean towels when we went down and asked. Other bathroom articles not replenished.

Hampton inn

Rooms were small, and bathrooms were tiny, service and cleanliness were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location to AFA and Colorado Springs

Wonder why ceiling fans in bathroom don't have switch to engage?? Fan appears to be intact in ceiling but no switch to turn it on or off??? Odd and it good for long-term cleanliness/stability and health of ceiling, walls, wLlpaper, etc

Get away

The building seems older, our plumbing was a little slow moving. Everything else was wonderful, as always with hampton inns. Good view of the mountains. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

I stayed at The Hampton Inn to attend a local wedding. The room was very clean and well appointed. It was very quiet and comfortable. The manager called me once I was settled into my room to inquire whether the room met my expectations. This is what I like the most about The Hampton's. Their customer service, rooms and locations are exceptional.
