terrible bed

I stay at Hampton because of the beds, I know I get a goods nights rest. At this location the mattress was not your normal mattress. It was old, uncomfortable, and gave a poor nights sleep. I was in the Springs to bury my aunt, empty her house, and sell the house. With poor sleep I had a tough time keeping up with what we had to do. I will never stay here again. I was told I would not get Hilton points because I booked through Expedia, I had no way of knowing this. I will never book through a 3rd party again. I will book directly with you. I plan on continuing to stay with you. I just hope there are not similar situations within your system.

The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Close to the Air Force Academy.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Pillows were not supportive.

Somebody was smoking

Is this supposed to be non smoking hotel? We smell cigarrette smell on our hall, (first floor) and the smell is even seeping into our room! Not Good!

Excellent hotel

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Complete the construction in the front of the hotel.
The staff was extremely pleasant. I stayed 3 nights and each time I passed the front desk whomever was on duty was friendly and greeted me. The room was very clean. I really liked the added touch of a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Great for late night snacks (i.e. popcorn) and keeping your water, juice, etc cold. The Inn is conveniently located right off the highway, within minutes of shopping and eating areas. I will definitely stay here again.
