Nice hotel with beautiful mountain view

With the small exception of the bath tub not being cleaned well enough, my stay here was perfect.

No fan in the bathroom, no radio in the room.

Thank you for sharing your review. I am so sorry we don't have a traditional fan system in guest rooms, it is on a "roof top venting system" from the vent in the guest room bathroom. While much more quiet, I do believe most guests like a fan with a switch. Unfortunately, most hotels are moving away from clock radios and are only providing the alarm clocks.

Poor stay

The beds were uncomfortable. The neighboring rooms were having parties and they got earned a couple times but never kicked out then they were out in the hall yelling at 7:30 in the morning after waking us all night.

Great location/price/customer service.

The rooms were nice and spacious and the location is great. The first room we were in had a bad mattress, the selective firmness system had failed and my wife I spent two nights sleeping in huge depressions in the mattress and it was pretty uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful though, and sent someone to look at it and since it was broken and they didn't have another mattress, they moved us to a new room down the hall. That room had no issues and we slept very well! The hotel is also about to go through a renovation and they mentioned that they are getting all new mattresses. The location has a beautiful view, easy access to I-25 and Academy blvd, and is right across from a shopping/dining area! Great stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Some room for improvement

We booked the hotel in May and requested a roll away bed. I called to confirm that request but was told they were given out first come first serve. Because of this, we brought a sleeping bag and pad for our son. I could deal with not getting a roll away bed on a very busy weekend but was annoyed when they tried to charge me for said bed that I did not receive. It was also a disappointment to have the spa broken.

I am so sorry there was an issue with the roll away bed and the charge and I am pleased the desk staff corrected it quickly. I also apologize the spa went down, especially on such a busy weekend. It would certainly be a lot easier if the pumps were available locally for those incidents so as not to create a timely repair. We certainly hope to have you as our guest again!

The Hilton Garden Inn Briargate was such a pleasant and comforting surprise. I really enjoyed the proximity to the Apple store and some great restaurants. The staff was so nice and attentive and made the stay even more comforting and peaceful. I will be a regular visitor.

Beautiful hotel for an amazing price.

Pros: Large bathroom and room. Carpets were just cleaned as well
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very close to Chapel Hill and plaza. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Large beautiful room and extremely friendly staff. Room and hotel were both very clean and just felt high end.
