Very clean rooms!

Great! The facilities are well mantain and they have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Espectacular view of the mountains.

Stay in Colorado Springs

Pros: Everything was pleasing, clean and in good repair.
Cons: The front desk staff and housekeeping stocking beverage items and cleaning room.
Location: The view from our room was breathtaking and there is a great promenade of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay here and I might consider staying again. The rooms were very pretty and comfortable. What disappointed me was housekeeping and front desk service. After the first night, our coffee/cream/sugar was not replenished for the next day and a cup that had fallen on the bathroom floor remained which told me the floor had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk for coffee supplies upon awakening, I was told that she would "inform housekeeping when they came in." An hour later, at almost 8:30 a.m., I called back to ask when they would "come in," that I was still waiting for supplies and I was told, "should be soon." Finally, I had to get dressed and trek down to the lobby for two cups of coffee - there were no lids put out - so I spilled hot coffee on my right hand returning to our room on the third floor when I had to suddenly dodge another guest that was in a hurry. They never did show up with our coffee supplies although they were finally there when we returned to the room that evening. The most frustrating part of all is that when I arrived in the lobby half asleep to get some coffee, the front desk staff person (dark hair and glasses) was chatting away and laughing with another staff member - kitchen or housekeeping - like they didn't have a thing in the world to do. ?? Was not please with this at all.

No free breakfast that most hotels have. Price was more than quality of rooms. Noisy. Hard time sleeping.

Motel 6 Quality at Hilton Price

Pool was closed for maintenance 2 of 3 days, several television stations were tuned out the entire time despite being reloaded once by a very nice maintenance man named Dave or Dan. The breakfast was $10 each and very mediocre. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I am sorry that our sister property's pool was not offered as a possible suggestion for our pool going down for unforeseen maintenance issues. The hotel room was nice and big....but the furnish

Location: There were good restaurants around......
The room had plenty of square feet, but was furnished quite poorly......there was only ONE easy Chair, no table..... and the painting on the large wall behind the beds was pathetic, tiny, tiny for such a huge space.........there was no color at all to the room. The beds were comfortable........

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shopping. It is also near the freeway, so there is easy access to attractions.

$130 for the room and they were charging me $10.00 for breakfast. How come for the room charge their is not a free breakfast like most places?

The Hilton Garden Inn brand does not have complimentary breakfast. We offer a full cooked to order, as many trips as you want breakfast. Some Hilton brands do have complimentary breakfast, but not all. If you have any more questions please feel free to reach out to me directly.

Nice hotel. Indoor pool was COLD.

Clean, but 2nd day found a corn kernel-I hope between sheet and mattress. Got them to change sheets and that night found the kernel on the floor at foot of bed. Wife saw a bug crawling across bath floor. Stepped on it and that night it was still on floor but in 2 pieces. Walked in to register first night and some guy was doing massage therapy or yoga in the Lobby with some woman. Kinda weird.

Clean, new. Tiny sink, staff not so helpful, hot food needs to be hot.
