The only problem that we encountered was that when we first checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. We found this out when we went to the room, when I opened the door I noticed that there was clothe draped on the chair and the bathroom door was opened and could see that it was occupied, I saw shaving cream and a razor on the counter. I closed the door and called the office to let them know that they had issued us a key and room that was in use. Thankfully, the person was not there at the time. It could have been much worse,The person that answered the phone, questioned us as if we were making this up. We did get another unoccupied room, after this, the rest of our stay was good.
