This is my second stay here. The staff here is always helpful and accommodating. The facility is quiet, clean and very comfortable. Very close to the airport so doesn’t take you long to and from. Not too far from anything else, since you have major roadways in all directions. I will book whenever I travel to Colorado Springs.

Quiet, clean, convenient and safe Hyatt House = so close to COS Airport. Easy check-in and out and with the kitchen suite or mini-kitchen also easy to bring or make your own food. The surrounding area is in full construction mode so that's the only aesthethic drawback. Wonderful pool and fun little bar. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

Pretty good overall. When we came in, the desk clerk was sitting in the lobby with his feet on the couch which was off putting but not a huge deal. Kitchen staff was dropping F bombs in the kitchen while there were kids at the buffet. Rooms were nice and modern and staff was friendly and accommodating

Im sorry your stay didn't go as planned with early check in. We do charge an additional 25 for early check in but within an hour typically we do not charge it. I will speak with the team and get that retrained. I hope you give us another chance soon!

The facility is constructed of superior materials. The support facilities are outstanding. It is short enough in turnovers that the dining and other service areas are just opening. It looks like the access street is being worked on. The turnoff to the hotel is hard to determine. And the surrounding buildings are distracting.
