Out to see granddaughter at college, the front desk attendant very rude, large gap under doors, homeless right in front of property in park/underpass. Only cereal/donut breakfast. Soft mattress. Limited parking.

I apologize for your inconveniences at our establishment. I will inform the owner of the hotel that grounds and rooms need updating and more TLC.
