Horrible next to the homeless park

Rude staff bed was horrible constant worry about if my vechile will be broken into.

Not a family friendly hotel! Beware.

Very sketchy neighborhood. Lots of illegal activity going on. Not a safe place to be. We reserved 3 rooms but after arriving to check in there was no way we were staying. Hotel would not issue refund and Expedia is of No help.

Great Location!

Our 4th time staying here when we come into Colo. Spgs. Great, great helpful staff and clean comfortable room.

Close to Venue

It's in a rough area but it was clos the the race venue I attended. The night manager Paul was great and attentive.

Horrible service. Dirty rooms.

The room was dirty when we got there. Dirty sock under the bed. Towels looked grungy. Ice bucket was still from previous guest with water from melted ice in it and the blanket on one bed looked used too. There wifi was so horrible i had to use my hotspot on my phone for internet. Not allowed any guests after 9, if you ask me, as long as the room has been paid for and there are no complaints, you should be able to have a guest or 2 over. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room either, had to walk all the way to office to use lobby microwave. Was told there was a LCD tv and there was Not. Were Not happy at all with the service from hotel or the stay. The 3rd day we were there, they hotel clerk told us we had to leave for 30 mins for "room checks". Even though we didn't have to check out till sunday, 2 days later.. So we left and came back to the room it looked dirtier than before. Trash wasn't changed, no clean towels were put in there, floors were not cleaned either. We even took pictures of the room before we left because the whole situation didn't feel right, being told to leave our room. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels and worked in many, never have I experienced anything like this. Will not be returning to this hotel
