111 aircon needs maintenance
My only issue was the air conditioner had a shot belt and made an awful screeching noise for short periods of time. Probably a problem with the fan.

The Gentleman at front desk was great! The lady came off too harsh. Helpful customer service.. love the rooms! Very Clean and comfortable.. I would recommend

It was a nice stay for the price, at such last minute notice! Very close to the Greyhound which we needed to catch in the morning, and thankfully check in/out is quick. The area isn't the 'prettiest' but it's no fault of the motel, as long as you keep to yourself and mind your own business, you will be safe in this area.

Very badly rundown property. The manager has a really bad attitude. Like he is doing you a favor by handing you the key to one of their nasty ass rooms. Don't believe there is a single room that has everything working properly in it. In dire need of a re-model. Disgusting.

I normally don’t stay at motels. This one needs upgrades badly. The washing machine is in disrepair. The pillows on the beds seem like they’re made for a toddler. I hate that. I ended up going out and bringing back my own pillow. Don’t think I’ll be staying at this property again.

This place was extremely gross. We chose to pick an inexpensive stay while in Co Springs, so that’s our fault. But this place is actually disgusting. It’s so worn down for one thing but the cleaning practices are absolutely neglected. The bottoms of family’s feet were black after an hour or two of being in the room barefoot! The shower in our room intermittently scalds while using. There was no breakfast and not even cream for coffee, even though I called beforehand and asked about it to which I was insured there would be yogurt, fruit, muffins, etc. I went down to the office numerous times and it was locked every time. They hardly answer their phones. And then there’s the homeless park across the street we didn’t know about. This place is unsafe

We offer coffee juice muffins and breakfast bars every morning in the loddy starting at 6am and someone is in the office around the clock .....We keep our hotel very safe and our staff is always here to server you 24 hours a day ...We are sorry you were not happy with your stay

We did not even stay it was awful. Smoke smell so bad it made me sick my eyes burning. The staff refused to switch us rooms unless I let him in with my daughter and I alone homeless everywhere gross scary.

What? Not sure about that? But yes you might have to be alone with the staff to change rooms...not sure what the issue with thats was but im sorry you did not want to work with the staff to change rooms

I want to start by saying the employee working the desk was extremely nice and had no problem with them. The issue was that neither me and my pal felt safe at this motel after arriving the area was not good. We decided to leave and book another room after consideration.

Our carpet in our room- 115- was sticky, as was the tile in our bathroom. There were roaches crawling up the wall in the shower. My daughter and I left for an hour to get dinner and came back and our door was open, we had left it locked. Homeless people surrounding the area- our neighbors argued all night loudly and had their tv on full blast so I did not sleep well. All in all I will not be returning.

Hotel’s been redone. Still sketchy. No Bfast.
The building looks like I picked the wrong hotel. Just rundown. However, inside the room was new and clean. You can tell it Used to be a drug den but they tried to clean it up. DONT BELIEVE THERE’S BREAKFAST. They say breakfast available. It’s literally one type of snack size granola bar. I mean cmon!!

I do not believe the floor of our room had been swept or mopped in months, I could not be barefoot and after our stay my white socks were black and had to be thrown away. It says breakfast is included but that’s not exactly true. Both mornings I had to wait for them to make coffee which was more like tan tinted warm water. The only food offered were individual packaged mini walmart muffins and chocolate chip chewy granola bars. Oh and what they were calling juice that was so sugary and dyed gross. I guess you get what you pay for. The one positive is that the staff here we very pleasant and helpful.

Howard Johnson Wyndham in the Springs on S.Nevada
Hotel was good/OK. A lot of homeless people nearby. Wasn't threatening. Staff was EXCELLENT, and friendly, every one of them. Hotel needs updating, especially the windows, could hear people talking outside late in the night but a good sleep. beds were comfortable.

I had cockroaches and moths in our room. Someone next door was blasting rock music from 1am to 4am. Check in issue. The bathroom was very clean.

I am sorry you were not happy There is a moth migration that comes to colorado every year not much we can do about that also we DO NOT have cockroaches ....the music ...you could have just called the front desk we are sorry but all of these issues could have been taken care of if you would have come to the front desk

Not a great smell
I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I went to my room the room smelled lie smoke. I had to go to the store and by an air freshener, linen spray and a plug in so my room would smell like smoke. I reserve a non-smoking because my husband and I both have asthma and the smell of the smoke gives me migraines. I also had to ask the front desk for toilet paper because there the housekeeper forgot to put some in so there was nope on the holder or a reserve toilet paper. Because of the this stay I probably wont be coming back to this hotel
