Never going back

Nothing good about this place. Not clean, minimal channels that kept going out. Rude staff, dirty bathroom, dingy towels, filthy floors. Uncomfortable beds, hair in the tub, webs on the ceiling. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel pretty close to where we were visiting

Comfortable room did need some repairs done. Overall not to bad. Good and helpful staff.

Decent hotel

So for the price I can't complain. Rooms are updated a bit and clean. Staff was friendly, especially Armando. I will say the area is sketchy and directly across from a homeless camp. That would deter me from staying there again. And the breakfast was minimal.

Decent for the price

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. There were a lot of homeless people in the area, but we never had any problems with them.

Quick trip to Colorado Springs

The area is really sketchy. Lots of homeless people roaming around. The A/C never really cooled off the room. The lamps with USB and electrical outlets were unexpected and nice to have, rather than hunting around for a place to charge our phones.

Horrible next to the homeless park

Rude staff bed was horrible constant worry about if my vechile will be broken into.

Not a family friendly hotel! Beware.

Very sketchy neighborhood. Lots of illegal activity going on. Not a safe place to be. We reserved 3 rooms but after arriving to check in there was no way we were staying. Hotel would not issue refund and Expedia is of No help.
