Building in terrible disrepair, my room was filthy and had feces on the floor. Other guests were loud and I could smell marijuana. Very surprised to find a La Quinta in such bad shape especially bye the world arena??

Conveniently near event I was attending. Access to dining and entertainment options is convenient. Noise from hallway was a concern. I was hoping the swimming pool was available year round however it is seasonal & closed during my stay.

I like how comfortable this hotel is. So comfortable that I don’t even like leaving my room. Every time I’m in Colorado Springs, I choose this property because they never let me down. Check-in is always quick and easy. I think I will make a trip just to stay here again.

It’s very dirty hotel is stinky, smell of marijuana in the elevator bed is really worst ..need to stop to operate this hotel,we ended up to find another in castle rock hotel The only thing I like the lady in reservation is really nice she offer another room but it’s still really bad,so we went in to best western hotel plus in castle rock Colorado

The area surrounding the property was nice. The room was old, outdated, and not the cleanest. The heater did not work so it was unpleasant with the weather in the 30's and 40's. The complimentary breakfast was not worth them advertising. I would not choose to stay there again unless there were no other options

Nothing was clean. Leaves and clothes in the halls and door ways for the 2 days we had reserved. Not once was ir cleaned by housekeeping

The actual hotel building was nothing spectacular but the staff is what made it. Literally everyone from front desk to maintenence to housecleaning was great. Its a decent hotel that was clean and safe but truly, the helpful and considerate staff is the reason we will return.

What more could you ask for?
Where to start,well tight frm the initial phone call the staff was extremely helpful and polite.walking into the lobby we were greeted with a well lit day room and a smiling receptionist.the check in process went smoothly and didnt take long at all.upon arroving in the room we found a very tidy living space fulky stocked with all the amenities.the other tenats were quiet and respectful as well.all in all a great place with great people,i would recommend stayong here to anyone.

The cleanliness was an issue. The carpets were stained everywhere- I wouldn't walk on them without shoes. I am allergic to mold and I am pretty sure there must be some in the room because I felt awful our entire stay with a pounding headache. Upon leaving it subsided. The window opened all the way without a screen on the 6th floor- highly dangerous. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed in the common areas all three days.

The first room we checked into was very dirty. Looked like someone had just put in clean towels and straightened out the covers on the bed. The sheets had not been changed on the bed, the countertops had been wiped off there was spilled coffee and food on the tables. They did give us a second room which had been cleaned however the carpets were full of stains. Also there was no conditioner in the bathroom and when I asked for it they said they were out. The next morning when I spoke with the manager she said the night person told her nothing about our complaint and that we were given a different room. However she did give us a $50 credit on the room.

Well to start my first room was gross. Had to clean the tub and counters ourselves. Hair everywhere, not sure if they vacuumed. Bedding was gross as well. Cracks everywhere floors counters walls. Maintenance aint maintaining. I did better Maintenance working at la quinta few years back. So i know whats there. Rooms smelled bad floors definitely werent cleaning either. Stains. And the trim was held on by red tape in multiple spots. Who fixes that that way?

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Its a pure dump. We were there 4 days and room service never came. I'm not even sure the room was cleaned when we checked in. There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower. The property is dirty inside and out. There carpeting has holes, stains and trash all over the floor. The staff is low class and could care less about the customers. Do not stay here!

This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are great. They are very accepting of dogs which is wonderful. Sadly some people, no fault of the hotel, do not pick up after their dogs, in the designated pet area. There are signs of wear and tear in rooms and soon some updates and refresh. Also lacking on morning breakfast. These are reasons I reduced a star, other wise place is all great! Will be back.

I usually have a good experience with this hotel. The previous times i stayed here was on the 1st floor rooms and they were always tidy. Not this time!! This time i was on the 3rd floor and was horrified. I had already booked a non-refundable 2 night stay. The entrance door didn't look secure because it was loose, but it locked. The door lock on the inside was broken and it was obvious someone had forcefully made their way in that room breaking the lock hinge and part of the door. The sink was plugged up and wouldn't drain right away. So gross. I had to wash my face using the faucet from the tub, such an inconvenience. On top of that, that whole hallway would always smell like marijuana; so much for the 'No Smoking' rooms and signs.
