Really good value...

Pros: Value... Clean, roomy, good breakfast in the price, nice staff, pet-friendly, pool and hot tub...
Cons: Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Location: We did not explore the location; were there for a family meeting.
I searched and reviewed lots of hotel options before choosing this one for a two night week end stay. We were NOT disappointed... Great value and reasonable price, compared to other hotels in the area. And pet-friendly was important to us, and that was also reasonably priced. No negatives from me about this property.

Hot room on a cold night

Pros: Location, design/layout and breakfasts.
Cons: Provide security on WiFi and fix heat temperature controls.
Location: We were just passing through, so did not take advantage of the huge variety of things to see and do in Colorado Springs.
When we arrived the outdoor temperature was in the 20's. The check in was faultless and we soon found our room. It was sweltering! The temperature setting on the A/C was 65, and it was pumping out hot air like crazy. I turned it down until the fan stopped (at 63) and one more degree. We went to dinner at a conveniently close Arby's and hoped for more temperate conditions when we returned. About an hour later the temperature was less uncomfortable, but still too warm to sleep. So I turned it down to 60 and we read and fiddled with computer until bed time. We slept well on the comfortable mattress with a choice of pillows, but needed no covers. The WiFi did not require a password, so I was leery of its security and did not connect. The hot breakfast was excellent and even had cinnamon flavored waffles with several different toppings. The also had a good selection of eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc. I would recommend it to anyone, and will probably stay there again when next in Colorado Springs.

Clean accomodations with proffesional staff.

Friendly staff. Even let us check in early so our luggage was safe while we went sight-seeing. Pool and hot tub were clean as were rooms and other public spaces.

Pros: A... They have a free breakfast
Cons: The customer service
Location: Lots of restaurants and stores close
You would think if you pay at least an average price for a below average hotel you could get decent service, the front desk girl Marissa was so rude, we asked for a crib and a sheet that we had to go get...no big deal. What I don't need is attitude from the desk girl. Completely uncalled for. Not happy at all with this hotel.

very pleasant Hotel

Pros: Service and the breakfast was awesome
Location: close to pikes peak, the army base not far from Garden of the Gods, and the manitou cliff dwellings
was there for 4 days everyone there was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and service was excellentwill enjoy coming back!

Hotel was nice, but not in a great location for restaurants. Front staff was not helpful to recommend or direct us to a restaurant, we just drove around to try to find something.

Worth the price
