Late night arrival!

After some confusion on arrival, the pick up van took over 45 min to arrive to the airport, the staff and hotel were great. They upgrade me to a suite to compensate for the confusion and the room was super comfortable. Bed was a sleep number, bath super clean and food from restaurant outstanding.

The only thing I would change is not put 80-year-old people by people with dogs it's a big enough hotel to spread them out other than that our stay was good

Nice hotel near the Colorado Springs Airport

Pros: Everything that you would want in a near airport hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: We were close to the Air Force Academy, where we had a visit scheduled.
The rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious, with Sleep number beds. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The complimentary buffet breakfast was extensive and very good. The airport shuttle offered a clean van, and twice per hour airport drops. We had no complaints.

Like the hotel. But bed was uncomfortable. Pillows went flat. Went to dr appt all tired and needing a back ajustment.

Staff and service

Staff and service were excellent!! Lower scores were due to hotel going through renovations of new carpet which made for dirty hallways which also was tracked into rooms. Also the bed in our room was a sleep number bed which had seen better days. Feather pillows were way too soft which staff did change out to better pillows. Loved the view of Pikes Peak while enjoying breakfast every morning! Overall would recommend this for anyone's stay while traveling to Colorado Springs.

Always enjoy my stay. This hotel is located to an easier airport to access the locations of Colorado I'm interested in traveling.

Love the hotel, don't like the beds

Pros: The personnel were great, the room is spacious, nice to have a couple bottles of free water. I used the free drink and 20% off meal coupon and the fo
Cons: Tell the sleep number people their beds suck and get new beds.
Location: Close to the airport, but fairly far from everything else.
The hotel is nice, but they have those sleep number beds in them and they are pretty awful (either a brick or sunk in). I kept trying to adjust mine and couldn't get anything good. I woke with a horrible headache and slept terribly. The breakfast is okay but they burned the eggs (I didn't want them anyway because my head was pounding). Things I loved: The personnel were great, the room is spacious, nice to have a couple bottles of free water. I used the free drink and 20% off meal coupon and the food was good.
