Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Cons: Everything
The carpets are filthy, the toilet would not flush and overflowed onto the floor. One curtain was hanging loose and the room had a stench of old dirt. I was disgusted but thankfully we had only one night to stay. Due to appointments we had no time to switch hotels. Disgusting place!

Not pleases

Overall experience was not good. From the fact that our bathroom ceiling leaked, AC didn't work half the time and the lost our reservation for our last day and while we were out for the day they checked us out. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel or probably any rodeway inn to anyone.

One night stay at The Rodeway Inn

When in route to room we took elevator to third floor and when exiting we had to raise luggage several inches to the hall floor. Dur-ring the night at about 1:30 am a guest close to our room ( later found out it was directly below us) went insane throwing appliances out the window and woman screaming as if she was being thrown and beaten. This went on for forty-five minutes. Called 911 Police dispatch said officers were in route and instructed us to sit tight that they would inform us when the condition was at hand. No one from the Hotel staff contacted us or sought to see us to safety as we were stuck there for the duration. There was no way for the staff to call us since the room came without a phone. I herd some conversation from where we were and the word gun was mentioned. Had my wife and dog with me so we barricaded ourselves in the restroom tub. After noise silenced and a long wait I drifted to the lobby to see what had happened. Notified hotel clerk that we wanted a refund. The clerk said yes that they would do a complete refund. Went back to room and tried to converse with your online messaging, but was to out of it. We waited for management to arrive that morning and was told that he would get a complete refund. Loaded and left. Advise do not send people here. It is not in compliance with many building codes.

My room was run down and in terrible condition. It looked like it was half way through remodeling, and someone rushed the job to “finish” it up.

Deferred maintenance.

Cons: Everything.
The AC unit growled. No screen on the window. The bathroom door rubbed on the floor and would not fully open. The security lock was broken. The carpet had burn marks in the shape of a clothes iron. The bath fan did not work. When you plugged your charger into several wall outlets it just fell out on the floor. There was an arrest on the second floor for violence. The coffee tasted like something awful.

Condition of motel and general facility.

Cons: Everything, renovate, actually serve a breakfast and make sure there were enough clean towels in the room, make sure the pool works etc.

The placed reeked with marijuana so badly one could hardly breath in hallways The hotel was in general poor shape, seemed to have only about 3 or 4 employees that did not seem to care. The breakfast was non existent, as there was practically nothing to eat. A small container of corn flakes, a few old donuts, a dirty waffle maker. No juice machine, only a wide mouth gallon jar with some sort of red / orange liquid..........wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Tried a cup of coffee, tasted it and dumped the entire mess in the trash. A sign was at the desk saying the pool was out of order, hope you understand; no we did not understand why they did not get it repaired. We were scheduled for 5 nights, but only stayed one and it was miserable. I got some bad food earlier in the day and was feeling very badly when we checked in, otherwise, we would not have stayed there. There were people outside smoking marijuana, not a good scene. When we checked out, the doors were all open to air out the place; never saw that at a motel. Will NEVER stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down, cleaned up and renovated. I will never stay in a Rodeway Inn ever again.

Close to airport

It had an odd smell. It was quiet but run down. I would not take my better half there.

Nice place

We stayed 3 nights while on vacation. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly. Room was clean and included basic amenities (coffee maker, good coffee, ice bucket, bottled water, etc.) The room was cleaned everyday which is really important to me. Breakfast was good basic hotel food. Waffles, toast, cereal, pastries, milk, juice. Breakfast area and lobby are clean and well maintained. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs. It looks like they are completing some renovations so that is a plus. We had to check out early due to a family emergency. The manager was so nice and refunded our last nights stay. Which made the situation a little easier. Top notch customer service!
