More woke than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Didnt feel safe; wasnt clean; building was in disrepair. They should invest in thier property rather than planting trees and virtue signaling. LAME.

This hotel is the WORST. Horrible area, staff is rude and unfriendly, if you are going to spend $200 for a room it should be better. Stay elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

All the staff were really nice and helpful. Room was charming. Loved the board games in the beautiful lobby- so much warmth and charm! Commissary was ultra convenient, too!

The bar makes good drinks and the lounge is friendly and inviting. I liked the yogurt breakfast bar. The only thing we didnt like was the sliding bathroom door would slide open when the bathroom was in use.

I loved the amenities and the hotel has a cool vibe. The lobby was very inviting, and had a wall of games to play. The bar was decently priced, and had filtered water available. I would def stay again!

There were yellow streaks in the restroom, hair all over the tub, and no trash bags were put in the trash cans. There was no breakfast, just sour yogurt with for "breakfast," and it tasted pretty gross. I can honestly, I will not be staying in another one of these properties again. Staff was nice but not informative, they didnt even let us know there was no microwave in the room. That would've been good information learning before buying food and having to go back down flights of stairs while pregnant to have to go back and use their microwave.....

It's disheartening to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet our usual high standards, and we assure you that we take this matter seriously and will address it with our housekeeping team to prevent any recurrence. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of information about the microwave and breakfast options. We are currently in the process of updating and expanding our breakfast options, with these changes set to be implemented starting this summer. To promote energy conservation, microwaves are not included in the room amenities. However, we do offer a microwave in our market area, accessible to guests 24 hours a day for their convenience. They did not offer anything other than yogurt for the free breakfast which I specifically called and asked about when I booked. Don’t care if you have allergies they force you to buy something instead of offer something else for the FREE breakfast. Pictures are not what you get. It was almost impossible to get into due to construction which they also failed to mention and I talk to them multiple times before arriving. They seemed very nice and accommodating at first with being flexible with a late check out but once we arrived they are not as nice as they pretend to be and truly don’t care to hold up to the false advertising they do. No pool or hot tub even though it said there was one year round (they did fix that to say seasonal now but I have screen shots where it did not say that) no where at all to walk service dogs or pets. Got a nail in my tire it was honestly awful and they refuse to offer any type of refund or compensation

They probably deserve this score just for their 4pm checkin policy and attitude. However, there is much more to hate. Only VIP place i can remember that does not allow early check in and late check out. They said i was upgraded. All rooms looked the same. Maybe floor 2 is their idea of luxury? The place was probably once a homeless shelter or motel for very undesirables. A coat of paint and some new odds and ends dont really cut it. It and its residue should have been bulldozed. The entrance is taped off. Semis and assorted noisy vehicles roar all times. The mountain view has the highway in between. No overhead lighting. Trailer park on other side. Filthy halls and stairs. No soap. Ill fitting door and shades. They give some flaky spiel about charities they give our money to. This place is a metaphore for gen zero. A cynical veneer over a diseased core. Ok tv, mattress, towels and fridge. Tasteful decor. Its really on circle dr not south circle. I think the exit is only named going south on 25. I had to back track. Make the left at light b4 entrance/hotel to detour into the hotel! Or just SCiP it.

Well I expected better, from the pictures it looks really nice but it wasn’t, state’s breakfast included well that was only yogurt, some blueberries and strawberries and granola bits. They call it a yogurt bar. Was not fulfilling, there wasn’t anything to drink. They did have some warm water in the room with 2 cups. No place to get ice. The room was not that great either for the price I just did not care for it.

I like the general ambiance in the commons area. It is calming and welcoming. I like that it was pet friendly and seemed to be accepting of all peoples as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not like the surprise "deposit" fees when i got there. And i did not like that it was difficult to get to due to construction. Most of the money for renovation must have gone to the commons area, instead of the building where the rooms are. The bathtub had rust spots and sharpie marker all over the door of the bathroom. There were a lots of rowdy kids running up and down the stairs and past the rooms, looking in windows and commenting on what they saw. No adult in sight to supervise. Also the heater was EXTREMELY loud. Probably will not stay again until the building is updated.

SCP hotel at springs was a great place to stay at not to mention the eco friendly and everything they do for the environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful many people might get discourage because of the area but it was very safe and very well lit up also they have security guards on duty. Something that i didn't like was that its a motel but the rooms are up to date and the rooms are well kept. recommend stay here I will would book again next time i go to springs.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Love the lobby. It had games to play and it just felt cozy. What we did not like were the doors to the bathroom. They didn’t have any at the bottom of the doors to keep them from swinging out.

It was a very cool property with neat options. Unfortunately for us when we arrived half of the room did not have power, so a breaker had to be flipped. Then when we tried to check out after breakfast or room lock was dead. We had to watch maintenance break into our room with a metal bar and fishing wire.

This was an unexpected surprise of a low cost gem. They took an old motel and renovated with an artsy look and fantastic gathering room. There was a nice yogurt bar with mixins for breakfast and good coffee. Loved eveything except a slightly noisy fan in our room and a late night car drag racing across the way. Lot's of burning rubber which was cool for the juveniles, but not cool for us guests. Even so, it was a terrific place to stay.
