Don't expect much

The first room; peeling wallpaper, poorly repaired holes in walls from old wall decor, the bathroom fan didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, a lamp stopped working, and the conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't work. After the blow dryer stopped working on the morning of the 2nd day, I asked to be moved, even offered to pay an upcharge. They moved us for free into a room where the shampoo dispenser was broken off of the wall. I brought it down to the front desk when I turned in the key from the first room and asked AGAIN if there was a room we could move into where everything wasn't broken. They moved us a third time to their tower section ("upgraded" with "nicer" mattresses, larger tvs, and updated decor). The mattress was so hard my back ached the whole time we were there, the ac didn't work, the bathroom stank of urine when the shower was on, the corners of the bathroom were filthy, and the bathroom fan STILL didn't work. We stayed a week. I asked if we could cancel the rest of our stay after the 2nd day, but they said we had to cancel through Expedia, Expedia said it would take a week to release the funds and quite frankly we didn't have the money to tie up in the old rental and get a new one. They also charge you a $50 deposit per day during your stay, unlike other hotels who just hold your cc number for 'incidentals'. They make it clear they don't care for people who book with 3rd party sites. The food in the restaurant was bad, too.
