When I booked our room it said city view but when we walked in our room our view was of black tar rocks, electrical boxes and a wall. It immediately felt like we were in a box. They moved us to another room, not with the most friendly customer service, to the opposite side of the hallway down several rooms with a view of another roof with a much larger view of the rook and electrical boxes and beyond the tree limbs a faint view of the city. I hate complaining and was just ready to unload and relax. Shower filled up as we showered so it was more like a foot and ankle bath along with our shower. Pool was cold and hot tub was like warm.
