The Walton’s Mountain cottage with hot tub is a hillside hideaway located in the foothills of the mighty Pikes Peak mountain. Sitting on almost 100 acres of private land, the cottage provides seclusion and privacy with easy access to the multitude of activities that Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs offers. Nearby is the Adventure Out West Ziplines: where all Waltons Mountain guests receive a discount.

If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to relax, this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is the place! The full kitchen, outdoor hot tub, incredible mountain views, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV will be more than enough to satisfy the need for relaxation.

Walton's Mountain Cottage provides a unique and exciting vacation experience for small families, romantic get aways, or just a relaxing weekend trip. The cottage will not disappoint. We hope to hear from you soon so we can get your dream vacation started.

Complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, pans and silverware, that is open to the dining and living area.

The cottage is about a 20 minute walk to the famous downtown Manitou Springs area where shopping and dining are a must. The walk back would be about a 20 minute hike back up the mountain, so plan accordingly. If you will be shopping and aren’t up for a good hike both ways, you would want to drive to town.

Plenty of acreage to explore from the thousands of hiking trails to the old Midland railroad train tunnels. Manitou Springs is minutes away for world-famous sights such as the cog railway, the Manitou Incline, Cave of The Winds, and shopping, restaurants, and arcade that make downtown Manitou Springs famous.

Gem of a spot
Great area if you don’t want to stay close to others…even though you aren’t very far from a ton of activities (Incline, trails, shopping…etc). This was my second time at this house and my family really enjoyed it.

We will be back!
I stayed in The Cottage. This place is wonderful! Feels very homey and clean. I definitely plan on coming back. At the lodge (with extended family) or the cottage with my kiddos and husband! John the property manager is great! It snowed one of the nights during my stay and John had shoveled it away from the patio and around the car in the morning. That was absolutely above and beyond. I’m so thankful for the peace and quiet of this place. I appreciate the obvious care and love that is put into this property. OH and the view of the night sky is stunning. Just layers upon layers of stars you won’t see in town. It’s only a short drive to get to anywhere around there you want to go. I would definitely recommend this lovely abode!
