The room was huge!! The view of pikes peak was amazing
Luxury spa, fine dining, hotel lobby bar and fitness center all located on the property.
Appreciated all the amenities. Did not like the overwhelming smell of the chlorine & the ice machine in the 3rd floor didn’t work. However, the heated pool was in working order and we enjoyed playing on the fusball table.
The B & B.was nicely decorated and the breakfast provided was very enjoyable. The rooms were a little warm, I wish the ac was on or at least a little cooler because it was warm. I know this time of year it could be hot or cool. Other than that it was great
Scenery and location near the Garden of the Gods park is excellent and provides a relaxing atmosphere.
The room was a little run down. But the view was worth it!
Staff was very nice. Helped me locate a car rental without me even asking!
The Broadmoor is a very special place. Recent changes are for the most part good. Impeccable service at every level. We dined at the new Italian restaurant. I have NEVER had such incredible service. It was not an attempt to upsell. He was there to educate and I doubt I will ever see that level of ...
We stayed here during the big blizzard of 2019 that shut down the entire town and interstate for 2 days. The staff even had to stay onsite. They were unbelievable! I was so impressed with how hard they worked to make the customers feel safe and comfortable. The nightly cocktails and snacks was a ...
We liked the location. We liked the overall privacy. We liked the view. Although there was a blizzard, we didn’t like not being able to order room service. The bar was crowded. The restaurant was understaffed.
The room was clean and orderly. Hard to get the tv to turn on and off. Very cold last night, but room was heated comfortably.
Hilton and Expedia need to communicate better. At check-in (very late and after driving all day), I had to PROVE that I had made a more expensive reservation that included breakfast. And then, the staff argued with each other over whether breakfast for all three of us registered was included or it ...
Good place but it's a long walk frrom elevator to my room
The place was kept in great condition, I saw staff cleaning continuously. We had flight problems and had to modify our reservation. Front desk staff Jade and Manager Cody went the extra mile to treat us more than fairly, cant thank them enough for making a tough situation more tolerable. Breakfast ...
Nice cozy condo. Had a great stay. Bed was comfy. We had an issue with a missing tv remote, but the staff took care of it as soon as she could.
