Initially, we were charged twice. Our room was great however; the people above us were very loud and their kids were running back and forth at all hours of the night and morning. So much so that we left extremely early.

I got double charged for my room I could not use the fridge to keep me medication cold towels were stained Iām not happy that I used my points on this room at all
The hotel is beautiful and I love the rooms and how they are decorated. Very clean and has everything you need! Hot water and the heat works great. Great customer service! 2nd time staying there and we just love it!
Staff were very nice, accommodating and professional.Location of hotel to surrounding casinos was excellent and shuttle service an add ed d bonus. The hotel not being actually attachex to the casinos made for very quiet, restf uh l sleep.
