Wonderful Hotel due to wonderful staff& cleanlines

This was our second time staying there & we will definitely stay there again. The main reason is because of the kind pleasant & helpfull staff. They all always had a smile on and couldn’t do enough to make your stay great. Also the cleanliness of the hotel is very important to us & this Hotel is extremely clean.

Clean and very good breakfast selection

Got a room with a sleep number bed which was very uncomfortable. There where partying air force men and women there but the staff kept them quiet and changed our room so that we didn't hear them. Very nice hotel and the breakfast was amazing.

I am sorry for any discomfort you may have experienced with the bed in your guest room. Sleep Number beds have been removed as a Radisson standard. We have already completed renovating an entire wing, which included the conversion from Sleep Number Beds to Simmons Beautyrest Luxury Plush Queens. Our next round of renovations begins this November. In addition, I am sorry for the noise you encountered during your stay. I was pleased to see that our staff was able to resolve this for you. The people at the desk were very nice. The rooms are paper thin so all night long you could here the people in the next room talking and the tv. When someone walked down the hallway you could hear their conversation.

Good people, large rooms and big breakfast

I've stayed here three times over the past two years and have liked it each time. Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. On a clear day you can have breakfast with a view of Pikes Peak.

What's Not to Like About this Hotel?

Cons: Change out the shower/tub combination to a shower only
Location: A cool looking Airport Restaurant next door.
This was our first stay at a Radisson Hotel. Why that is I'm not sure but based on our experience at this location, we will definitely seek out Radisson Hotels in the future. This hotel was amazing! From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, there was nothing and I mean nothing not to LOVE about this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly, the room spacious, clean and with every creature comfort we look for in a room. The bar/restaurant is located on the second floor with a wonderful view of the mountains from every seat/table. We ate dinner & breakfast in the restaurant and both times, every staff member was welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was NOT your typical hotel "Continental" breakfast. It was more like a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of breakfast items ranging from eggs and meats to fruits, breads and pastries. To the Manager at Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport- Whatever you are doing, keep it up as It is working! To the ENTIRE STAFF - thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Great stay overall. My only complaint would be the pancake pillows.
