Not what we booked

I booked a room that should of been with a king bed, sofa,I believe it was a family room. Instead they put us in a 2 double beds. The mattresses were hard as a rock.

It's alright...

It's ether too cold or too hot... . I checked in early and got charged $20 extra

When I got there, it seemed nice because my room was ready and hour before check-in. When I first got into the room I wanted to put my water bottles in the fridge just to find out the day after that the fridge wasn't plugged in, and it smelled like rotten eggs. AND the counters inside the fridge was dripping wet of water, so there's that. I was working the show right next to that hotel and I got back to the hotel at like four in the morning and I wanted to do a late check out because I was tired, well they don't accommodate for late check out, so I was forced to leave the hotel extremely tired. I would've gladly paid them an additional 50 bucks for me to stay like 2 more hours. But nope. I wouldn't stay here again. :( only if I have no other option I would. The only nice thing about it was that they had my room ready before check in which was nice.

Super horrible

Bed bugs...bit my boyfriend on the face n hand. Only had 1 towel I have super phobia for spiders and insects plus I have an autoamune disorder that could have affected me majorly if it would have bit me not my boyfriend

Although we didn’t spend too much time at the hotel - the staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean. An overall good experience.
