Pass! You can find much better accommodations.

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Softer beds and pillows! A few more complementary products in the room.
Location: Best restaurant around is "Nite Owl & Back Room Restaurants". They are together. Small town.
The "cons" out weigh the "pros" by a landslide. On their website, it says to "call to book or click here to book through Expedia". So I clicked Expedia. I booked a Sept. trip in February and the money was taken out of our account that day. Never paid 7 months in advance before. Upon returning home, I received a receipt for our stay which was WAY LESS than originally charged. I contacted the motel and they said it cost more because I booked through Expedia WHICH THEY SUGGESTED I DO with no additional info that it would cost more. Then she said it was a mistake that Expedia showed me the cost of the room. Who would book a room without knowing how much it would cost? The motel made 2 glaring mistakes: 1) Not mentioning on the website that booking through Expedia would cost more (remember, this was THEIR suggestion to do that because they don't let you do that on their site), 2) The receipt should have shown the same amount that was taken out of my account, not what it really cost. The bed was like sleeping on a board. Stayed there with other family members in other rooms and they had the same complaints. Being a few miles closer to Glacier isn't worth the stay!! Lots of places to stay in Kalispell and it's not that much farther away. We went in to Kalispell almost every day because not many places to eat in Columbia Falls.

Convenient to Going To The Sun Road

Posted Sep 7, 2017
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Noise reduction
Location: It is in Glacier National Park near Going-To-The-Sun Road
The motel was clean and comfortable with the tiniest bathroom we have ever encountered on our many journeys. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the continental breakfast was the usual fare, but plentiful so no complaints there. My only issue was with the location of the room. I had booked a quiet room on ground floor as we are on a long driving holiday and I have some mobility issues. We were given a room which was away from highway noise but right under the metal stairs to the second floor on the corner and had people trudging up and down until late at night - not good for a two night stay!

Low cost option near Glacier. No frills, so ideal if you dont plan to spend much time in the room. Nice staff.

A Nice Hotel

Posted Sep 2, 2017
Pros: Location and room comfort.
Location: Perfect for visitors to Glacier NP.
This hotel was converted from a Super 8 motel. But once checked in the room, we knew it was far better than Any Super 8. The staffs were friendly, room was well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Terrible room layout

Posted Aug 30, 2017
5 adults 1 kid were put into one big room, which has three queen beds. No privacy at all. The description of the room is written "allowing 6 adults" because there are 3 queen beds in the room. I just wonder what kind of 6 adults can stay in one big room, which haven't walls, or enough screen dividers to protect privacy of those 6 adults. In addition, outside of the washroom, in the middle of this one big room, there is a bathtub. Who can bath in this bathtub in front of all other 5 adults?
