Dirty not maintained. Old shag carpet-dirty, broken shades, old noisy air conditioning, cleaning service poor.

Needs upgrades

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: The location
Cons: See above
Location: Near to Glacier National Park
Paid for a room with kitchenette. There were literally no utensils or cookware in the room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was only superficially cleaned. There was an unpleasant odor in the room.

Very disappointed

Posted Aug 15, 2017
I was very excited to stay in this hotel because of the pictures I saw. The room I got was not in the pictures they show on the Expedia website. If I knew that the room was going to be ridiculously small, I would of spend more money on another hotel. The wifi was slower than dial up. The door to the room was wedged and crooked, so you have to lift it using the door knob, in order to use the deadbolt. The playground looked like it was set up for a Quentin Tarantino movie, just weird and creepy. In the other hand, the lobby looked very clean and up to date. Looks like the money goes to the lobby instead of the rooms or fixing the doors. At least the staff was friendly and nice. kind of ruined our 4 day trip to the Glacier National Park. Wish I could get a refund

Family Place near West Glacier

Posted Aug 14, 2017
Our family of six stayed in a family suite. It was much bigger than we expected and had a full kitchen so we could cook meals if we wanted. Everything was clean. More pillows would have been nice and they rely on caulking too much to patch their shower - they need to remodel their bathroom. All in all perfect for a relatively inexpensive family hub when visiting Glacier.

Nearby Glacier Park

Posted Aug 13, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Not sure
Location: Lots of places nearby to eat
Made reservations 3 months in advance of staying here in an effort to book a room at a reasonable rate nearby Glacier Park. Motel was clean and well-kept and the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was oddly laid out; 2 beds immediately inside the entry door with a large kitchen and adjacent bathroom next to it in the back of the room? Not sure if I paid extra (@ $161 / night) because of the kitchen? All I needed was a room with two beds... The room would have been a better choice for people with groceries, planning to cook breakfast.

Hotel is outside of Glacier National Park

Posted Aug 12, 2017
Pros: The good thing is that there are several places to eat along the drive to the hotel, but most close by 9:00 p.m.
Cons: I was disappointed with the mold stains all over the ceiling in the bathroom -- easily cleaned with some clorox and a brush. Room looked old.
Location: There are a few places to eat in this area, with more variety than inside of the park.
Hotel is outside of Glacier National Park by about a 30 minute drive in Columbia Falls. The good thing is that there are several places to eat along the drive to the hotel, but most close by 9:00 p.m. I was disappointed that their was stains of mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the overall look of the room was disappointing because it had not been kept up. It served our purpose because we needed a place to sleep after a long day in the park.

Pros: I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they turned out to be in separate bedrooms which added a lot of privacy. The room also had a refrigerator.
The hotel was in a good location to get to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. It was quiet with easy parking and lots of green space.
