This property is headed the wrong direction

Pros: Desk clerk was pleasant.
Cons: Property needs some renovation.
Front desk clerk was very nice. Lobby and bar were pleasant. Bartender more interested in her texts than patrons. My business partner's television didn't work properly. Both his bathroom and my bathroom were in poor condition. Unfortunately, this hotel is headed in the wrong direction.

Convenient location right of highway

Nice hotel, a little dated but comfortable and easily accessible to the University, stores and restaurants

It is an okay stay

Elevators weren't working at the time. Room had water stains in ceiling, but fairly clean Breakfast was ok

got what I paid for

Had to wait a while to check in. Person wreaked of tobacco smoke when she showed up. Very friendly and efficient. Everything else was ok.

Clean the bathroom!

I stayed at this facility a little over a year ago and had a completely different experience. The first time that I stayed here, accommodations were impeccable. The staff was great, the cleanliness of the room was second to none in the same category. This time I was a little disappointed. My check-in process was easy and simple. However, the clerk asked if I wanted a handicapped room. I'm not sure why she asked that question as I don't appear to have physical handicaps. I told her that it is not necessary for me to utilize a room that someone else may need. She booked me in the handicap room anyway. The entire time I was in the room, the noise from other guests became very annoying. There was pacing and loud talking, banging on doors, it was horrible, in my opinion. The other issue that I had was that the bathroom was not clean at all. I ended up going to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the sink, tub and toilet. That's a big no-no. The bright spot was the daily continental breakfast. The waffles were phenomenal!!! Overall, I will return to the facility in hopes that the clientele is a bit different.

Adult chaperones were in the hall all night talking after several attempts to ask them to be quiet. Started up laughing at 6:15 am. Check in lady comped our room in.

Pretty good for the price

We had a problem with checking out and the payment issue. The room was spacious enough for the 1 king bed we paid for. The bed was ruff and walls were thin. Overall My favorite part was the breakfast buffet and the price.

The computers where down when checking in which happens, but she lady working the desk was in a panic. The room was not very clean. There were people hanging out in the lobby and in the hall way outside our room which made me feel very uncomfortable. I do have to say my bed was very comfortable and my pillows were amazing. So feel free to send me free pillows. Just kidding. I would not stay there again.
