Hotel Needs Updated

Room was dirty, bed spread dirt spots, furniture was banged up, bathroom had stains & rust everywhere. If you take a hot shower, the smoke alarm in your room will go off. The guy that checked me in, ignored that I have a disability & can't do a flight of stairs. He booked me on the second floor & said if they have to evacuate someone will help me. The smoke alarms went off & no one came to help me.

Very nice motel.

Pros: Everything was great. Breakfast included.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Capitol building. Street Jazz festival in the evening nearby.
Everything went very well from our check in to our breakfast to our check out.

We had a great time talking with the bartender -- definitely stop in the little bar for a drink or two!

I expected more out of a baymont hotel

For the price that I paid for that hotel I could've stayed in an economy class hotel for much cheaper and had a better room. Not bashing the hotel but baymont is held to a higher standard especially for a 3 or 3 and a half star hotel

Perfect room for relaxing, peaceful getaway. Very reasonably priced, close to everything downtown, nice decor

Pros: quiet, clean, good breakfast selection.
Location: Did not explore the area.
Stopped for a night. Easy on/off highway. Quiet. well lit parking lot-felt safe. Very helpful and friendly breakfast hostess!

Good for the money

Hotel was close to downtown which was good for us. Price was fair. Good complimentary breakfast. A flash flood had flooded the breakfast and check in area the night before so it smelled pretty bad at check in, but by the morning the breakfast area was OK. It was a good value for the money.

Bed, sheet came off at night, and mattress pad. Seemed damp in room like air conditioner wasn't working.

Conveniently located

The staff is just amazing .. Bartender was super and went out of his way to direct us to some places to eat. A/C in our room was incredible .. Which was nice since it was 100 degrees all weekend. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy and everyone was just so accommodating .. Plenty of parking also. I would go back anytime .. Enjoyed it

Appreciated that the a/c in my room was not on when I arriived...means they are environmentally aware AND I could set it at a temp I was comfortable with. Bravo Baymont!
