Wow, I selected this property based on the very high rating by others staying at the property. My experience was that the window air conditioner fan blew on high or not all. The interior curtain stood out from the window like a flag. Further, during the night, bugs Were sucked into the room and could be found on top of the bedspread next to the window and several on the joining bed. Discussed the issue when checking out with the staff clerk. Not interested in making a charge adjustment. I think folks making evaluations on these properties are lying or if faced with what I went through, just shrug their shoulders and move on. Lesson learned.

Dear Joseph, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your recent stay. We have several guests that stay with us regularly and request their companies make their reservations here. I do want to thank you for letting us know about the issue with the hvac unit so that we can have maintenance fix it. The curtain blows out because of the vent on the hvac unit are turned to blow up, the 'bugs' were not bugs, it was from the hvac filter. We did have maintenance clean the filter and the unit cleaned. They did as a precaution did an additional deep clean to the room.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. The only minor issue was that the sheet and one of the blankets in the bed had a couple small stains on them. However, we would definitely stay here again!

At first glance, the room looked fine. Upon turning down the bed, the blanket (not the duvet) had a two inch yellow stain and other dark colored lint on it. Which definitely gave us the impression that it had not been changed, it was dirty. I had read so many very positive reviews and had high hopes but I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

The street to turn on/that intersection was really weird, but we could SEE where we wanted to go. We don't go out of town often, so maybe we are good judges or maybe we are not, when it comes to reviews. :-) But when I was searching, the property's rating and rate were both good, I thought. We had to arrange an early check-in to get to a wedding on time. We had no trouble doing that, and the staff was so pleasant when I called.

I stay in this area every year for work. I've tried the lesser expensive options and regretted it every time. For a little more money, this motel was SO much better! Clean. Fresh. Very nice. And, the mattress was comfortable, too, which was NOT the case across the street last year.

We were greeted at check in by a very nice young lady. The room was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was also big and the food offer was great.
