Fresh blood in my pillow that seeped through to the pillowcase and on sheet. Various other unknown stains on bedding. Shower gel dispensers were empty. After 1st night was moved to a different room. Unknown stains on those sheets, dried snot on one wall, carpet had large white stain on it of unknown origin. Dirty hotel. Pretty sure there are bed bugs too as we both have bites on us. Management didnt seem bothered. I consider for nearly $200 a night, you could expect a higher standard. If i hadnt had such a long drive home, i would have left straight away!

Rest assured; this is not typical of our hotel. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and we will work hard to ensure this is resolved immediately. Please know that we have checked the room and can report that the room is pest free, as are all of our rooms. We have strict policies in place and use the very best products to keep pests out. I sincerely apologize for the first room not being properly cleaned and ready for your arrival. We are happy to report that we will be undergoing a major renovation in the coming months which will give us a brand new look! Again, thank you for sharing your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better the next time your travels bring you back to our area.

A very nice place to stay but the hotel feels a bit ‘tired’. Outback Steakhouse is a short walk away so very convenient. Close to the highway so some noice from traffic. A/C unit was a bit noisy.

Overall location is convenient and the suite is spacious and comfortable. However, you hear everything (motorists, people outside, cars driving by, etc). My kids and I were barely able to sleep through all the noise. The staff were not helpful and inattentive. The fire alarm went off at 4:50am and everyone needed to evacuate (single mom here with 2 kids under 10), turned out to be a false alarm. The shower head leaked and water didn’t come out properly. Although location and the room itself was ideal, we will not be returning!

Breakfast was delicious! Staff were very nice. Hotel surroundings were so loud and we could hear everything going on around our rooms. There was a train that went by and blew its horn multiple times every time it went by. There was what we believed to be feces splattered on the ceiling in our washroom. Our shower had a huge crack down the wall about 3 feet long. The shower faucets were very run down. The shampoo and body wash dispenser only dispensed enough shampoo to wash a mouse’s head. The hotel worked in a pinch to give us a place to sleep for our commute to Florida but it’s calling for some TLC.

We checked in hoping for an east in and out experience. Room was dirty, bathroom disgusting - hair stuck in the washcloth. The bed sheets smelled like wet dog. Phone didn’t work to call the front desk. Asked for the body wash dispenser to be refilled was told staff didn’t have the key… would not recommend.

The property was listed on Travelocity as “per friendly”. When we arrived we were informed that it was NOT pet friendly and we needed to find other accommodations!!!!!!

We checked in at 11:11 pm, everything was great, no compliance. In the morning kids wanted chickfill a for breakfast so we check out and left to chick fill A, before leaving I wanted a cup of hot boiled water and their machine was loading and reloading and guy there was keep telling me that i have to patiently wait for it, but how long its gonna take he doesn't know. So thats my only one complain, that i couldn't get a cup of boiling water.

It does take it a couple of minutes for the water to get hot again if there has been several guest getting coffee. We are working on improving this . Again thank you for staying with us.

Disappointed in customer service of hotel
I booked a room for three nights for my son’s graduation from military boot camp. We learned that we could take him to his next assignment by car and decided to check out early. The hotel would not refund us the money and ignored hotel.com attempt to get a refund for me. They should treat military better than this! I would not stay at this hotel again.
