Great hotel with that price Thank you Expedia

Pros: pool, beds, clean, helpful workers
Cons: maybe breakfast
Location: Soccer, buying car, shopping
I read most of the reviews about the hotel after i paid and i began to get worried did i pick right hotel? definitely i picked right hotel. Randy, Jenifer and Sarah all the workers were friendly and helpful. I accessed so easily where i had business contacts. It was really good experience. And little suggestion do not believe every reviews especially if they can't state even worker names about the hotel. If i will go Columbia again i will pick that hotel. Pool, rooms parking lots everywhere were clean.

I enjoyed it, the room was clean the towels were new!!! Enjoyed the breakfast and staff. Also the tv worked and good picture and the staff was very nice

The staff were very nice. I left my drivers license at the front desk when I checked in. I realized two days later that I had left it there. When I called to ask of they had found it, I was told that the manager had already mailed it to me. That's great service!!

1st room had no heat so moved to another room with no working tv, wifi,coffee maker. All lamps but one broken. Was told we could keep that room or the one with no heat. Room was filthy and smelled. Breakfast was toast and coffee. Juice machine broken and no other food provided.

We apologize that you and your family were not able to have a comfortable stay. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention during your stay. We do offer a breakfast of biscuits and gravy, fruit cereal, and toast. We did check the lamps and found some of the switches were not synchronized, we do apologize the lamps were not synchronized. The TV and WIFI may have been weather related, once again we do apologize for the inconveniences you had during your stay. We do hope you give us another chance to host you when you come back to Columbia.

Pros: Nothing stands out for me!
Cons: Can't think of anything at this time except maybe common sense as far as giving a room to someone right after it was just sprayed!
Location: Location>>Columbia, MO On a business trip, didn't stay for nearby things.
Came back after going to dinner. I laid on the bed and looked up and there was a roach crawling up the wall! Then looked down and there was one crawling on my pant leg! I packed up my stuff and went down and said I can't stay here and want my money back. The lady apologized ( what else could she do) and said they just sprayed that room! She gave me two other key cards and said we have these two you can check out. Against my own thinking, I decided to check them out. One of the rooms was in the 3rd building so I thought that I would take a chance thinking that would help and be better. Why didn't she give me that room in the first place knowing the first room was just sprayed and should expect leftover critters?! I decided to stay, again still apprehensive, and what help me make that decision was that the snow was already getting deep and I didn't want to chance it! I guess it's true, you get what you pay for?!

We apologize that you were not able to have a comfortable stay. We did try to accommodate your request and make your stay comfortable. The rooms had been just sprayed for preventative measures, on occasion this causes bugs to dislocate and appear in clean rooms. Again we are sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay here at Budget Host Inn.

Rooms are very outdated and beds are like sleeping on the concrete floors. Staff was pleasant and there were some delicious homemade cookies at checkin. The continental breakfast was held in front lobby area on Subday morning, it was simple but served its purpose. My room was locatef in the back of parking lot and room doors are on outside halls so I felt a little insecure about my safety due to people loitering around staircase. I found no evidence of bed bugs, and room had typical amenities such as cable TV, wifi, towels, toiletry samples and was clean. I will not be staying there again since I was just not comfortable and seemed pricey for the quality of the facility.

I will never come here again

The staff is incredibly rude and the hotel it's self is ran down and completely trashy. The soap is empty and the walls are cracking.
