Cons: new doors would be nice, new carpet room smelled. new front desk employees they were not friendly (not rude either)
they have tried to update hotel, but have missed the mark. The beds were comfortable bedding nice, drop ceilings in hallway, yuck. noisy people above me were just walking and I felt they were going to come thru the ceiling. it work me up every time they got up in the night and early morning.

Just disappointed...Posted Aug 7, 2015 on Hotels
I was very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. I expected better after reading the reviews but unfortunately it was very subpar. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat had drops of dried urine on it, it also had dirt and hair on the area between the seat and the tank. The sink had hair and dirt in it still. One of the bath towels that was folded and placed under the sink for us to use was still wet. The room itself smelled of air freshener in an attempt to cover the "dog smell" - (this hotel is pet friendly) however it just mixed with pet smell. There were stains on most of the pillowcases and towels, and several stains on the carpet. When I pulled back the sheets to get into the bed there were several hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. I usually expect to get what I pay for when I stay somewhere however what I got here was the equivalent of a $40 hotel room, however I paid $100. There is no way I'd stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful staff but not very clean.Posted Jul 6, 2015
The staff here is so nice! Wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, when we checked in we noticed there was dried puke on the side of the bed, on the phone, and on the floor. I do not know how the maid who was cleaning the room would have missed it. The staff was very nice when we informed them and they moved us to a cleaner room.

When we got to Boomville we had been on the road and living hotels for 7 days and they had the best breakfast of the whole trip.

Nothing exceptional. Just ok No elevator of which I was not informed at booking. I suppose I was to ask if it did. Won't book this one again. Room awfully jambed up.

Cons: Exterminate bugs, use an air freshener in the rooms that doesn't smell like a funeral home.
Centipede in the sink upon arrival. Ants in the shower. Room smelled like a funeral home. Breakfast was good.
