over paid for what we got

Pros: Nothing, even the hot tub and pool which we needed after a lousy bed wasnt open even by 930 am
Cons: Everything ! especially your staff. one lady was in old shorts and looked filthy and was cleaning the food area
Location: have no clue it was just an overnight stay and continuing on. will never stop there again!
The outside looked runned down, my instints said get my money back. walked in and the lobby looked remodeled so we stayed. the man at the counter gave me a hard time about our reservations because my liscense said Karen but he said it was spelled Kareem on the reservation. I showed him my reservation on the phone and it read Karen this is your confirmation. So he still kept saying I spelled my name wrong like I wasnt going to get the room. I finally said look...my credit card matches my name and liscense on the confirmation so you made the mistake or someone else did. We had brought our luggage in with a cart and then found out there was no elevator. So we asked why do u have carts if u cant use them to get to your room on the 2nd floor? He looked like he had no answer so my daughter said well I hope you have a first floor room cause my mom cant cart luggage up the stairs. 5 minutes later he said he found a room for us. (there were probably 10 cars max in the parking lot). We walked in the room and it looked like it hadnt been remodeled in 20 yrs. Old beds, walpaper patched and walls bubbled underneath it like it had rain damage. Bathroom had old faucets in bathtub and shower head pipe moved from the wall if you tried to turn it. shutoff valve behind toilet was rusty. same wallpaper which had stains by the top. the beds sucked no one got any sleep cause the beds were so uncomfortable. Went to breakfast there all the tables had stuff left on them and not wiped off .

Traveling on I-70

Just driving through and found this location. Very nice accommodations and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Good Place to stay for the price.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Good easy check in. Wifi actually worked with no dropped signal unlike other hotels i have been in. Hotel is right off highway 70 on highway 54, easy access to both.

Dirty Bathtub

Pros: Nothing really. However, they are undergoing a renovation which is sorely needed.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Relatively close to Columbia, MO. Right off Highway 70 so ideal for travelers.
The bathtub was quite dirty, something I did not notice until the morning since we were at a function late the night before. There were only two bath towels and they were quite thin. The desk clerk was apologetic but did not offer any compensation. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns and have had good experiences however, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff, nice pool area, great breakfast! Our room however was very dirty!!! There was urine dried on the back of the toilet & down the base. There was a huge amount of dust!!! The valence on the curtain was covered in dust, behind & along the refrigerator was a thick layer of dust, microwave & fridge dirty. Looked as if no one had been in there for a very long time! The bed was nice & sheets clean.
