Very poor service!

At 2:15am I woke up to seeing a bed bug approximately 6" from my face and 2 other bed bugs on the back of the pillow! After calling the front desk to inform them, I asked if they could come up to the room and see the bugs. I was told no because there was only one person working the desk. I proceeded to put the bugs in a cup and wrap the cup in a plastic trash bag. I was told I had 2 choices (the option of another room, or I could check out early).
Why would I want to try another room in this hotel? I decided to check out and not sleep with bed bugs! I showered, put the bed bugs in a plastic cup, and wrapped the cup in a plastic trash bag. As I walked out, the counter person was behind the check in area. I informed him the bed bugs were in the cup I placed on the counter. I never received a simple apology for the inconvenience! Oh by the way, all this after waiting nearly :10-:15 to be checked in!

Do to going through a third party site to book your reservation we did not have any information to contact you. However, I do believe that you left another review where your email address was listed and if I am correct we have responded to you about this issue. Our property is checked on a regular basis for this problem and I can assure that we do not have a problem with this,.
