The hotel stay was just ok.

Cons: Add a ice machine.

The stay met my need. There was no ice machine. I had to request that they put a top sheet on my bedding. Not thrilled with the stay, but it met my ned.

Good location

I was checked into a dirty room. The other room didn't have a trash can.

No Working Tv, dangerous electrical sockets, smoky

I arrived at 5 and waited 15 minutes for someone to show at the reception desk. Got to my room and no Tv. They brought a TV that did not work. Two of the electrical sockets had no safety plate. I plugged my laptop in and the wires were showing and a child could have electrocuted themselves. They moved me to another room with a working Tv and despite it being a non smoking room it stank of smoke. The staff agreed but offered no suggestion or alternative room. I will never come back. The best part of the hotel was the Wegmans 5 minute down the road.

Could be better!!!

Dirty towel left in bath. Shower won’t drain. One clean towel in bath. Bath fan covered in dust. No extra sheets for sofa bed.

The "Good and the Bad"

Hotel was very close to where I was scheduled to attend my meeting. That was exceptional. Restaurants were nearby - that was a plus. Inside the room was not very comforting because it was very noisy rather. The refrigerator ran all night long and the bed was very closed to the furnace. However it was my fault for not reporting it to the front desk but instead I put up with it.. Oh well, next time.

Front desk staff outstanding! Good customer service and very accomdating with early check-in. Cleaner than other ESA hotels in Columbia.

The bathtub was not cleaned and had dirt in it. There was soap scum all over the bathroom. Unfortunately we were too tired to look at it when we checked in and only found about this in the morning. Will never ever stay at this Extended Stay again. Equally bad was the fact that I booked the hotel room on the promise that breakfast is served only to be told (after check-in) that there would not be any breakfast as there was some shortage.
