Hotel hall smelled like weed. Room had hair in bed, another of another ethnicity in it. Remote filty dirty. Cosmetically bathroom needed work, fixures ragged, visble eye sore. Called to front desk to get Wi-Fi info , because inside of the room they want instructions to call the front desk. However when called the front desk initially no one answered never picked up. Secondly when I did call again the front desk attendant answer the phone next day / morning she did not know indicator but she will call me back and never did so needless to say I never used the free WiFi available

Not the best hotel

I booked 3 rooms. 1 was ok. Mine had a leaking toilet with tape on it. The third room was not clean. The beds were not made the couch was pulled out and not made. There were dirty atop a on the floor that the baby tried to eat. I booked the deluxe rooms with 2 beds and a pullout couch. They switched the unclean room to a deluxe with one bed and pullout couch after we refused two non adjoining rooms because we had 4 small children. Upon complaining to the manager at checkout she gave a coupon for a free night stay that we probably will not use, because after talking it over none of us wants to use that hotel again and none of us wants the coupon. I got my son to hold onto it just in case, cuz I would lose it. But he said he don't plan on using it at that chain of hotels.

should of been better

Pros: location
Cons: remodel rooms
Location: close to the highway, food
the hotel room bed was uncomfortable ,especially the pull out sofa, kitchen was not clean, the carpet had an odor

Good stay

Clean.Spacious.Full kitchen.Quiet.Room 107 is next to exit,but 20 feet from parking lot.Mattress was uncomfortable.Would stay again.

Stay away, unless you're filming a horror movie

This room looked like it should be rented by the hour. Gross, toilet paper stopping a leak in the ceiling. Gave us a room smaller than the one we paid for. Room was dirty, smelled bad. Uncomfortable bed, horrid pillow.

This Extended Stay is okay. I think that there could be more professionalism. Some of the staff is very nice but the management of the place could be better. The plaster needs touching, the fridge could be cleaner (ours smelled like fish), the heating and cooling systems are very loud and it is a challenge getting through the doors with the carts.
