Roaches rat dropping and terrible smell

We arrived to the smell of smoke. One of the girls in the room had just got out of the shower sat on the pull out bed to pit lotion on, on to see a small roach crawling on her. We then saw a bigger one on the wall. We proceeded to the from to ask for a different room which the front desk personell kindly gave to us. We moved across the hall and when we opened the door, it smelled like feces. I went to tune on the heat to find busted vents on the unit with some type of droppings in it... ( looked like mice droppings) we didn't even unpack. Left the same night with a full refund.

The staff was great

There was no coffee at 0700 hours in the morning. The staff said they did not have any to put out. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, but I will stay there again because the staff are great.

Nice staff!

Really nice young lady at the front desk- not her fault that people take advantage of a good deal, and don't care about taking care of things that aren't their own. That being said... it smells smokey.... and it's just nasty... Not many breakfast options.. I'd pay more for a nicer stay next time.

The stay was very nice for me.The only thing they didnt have in the room was the pots and pans they said would be in there.Thats what the web site stated.

Nonsmoking should mean nonsmoking.

People request nonsmoking for a reason. My request was noted at check in, but my room smelled otherwise. This gave me a terrible headache, as it was so late when I checked in that I didn’t have the time or energy to ask to change rooms. I also had to go down two flights of stairs with my bags from the lobby to my first floor room. The socks I wore in the room turned black, not grey or brown but black. The microwave was broken and there were zero clothes hangars. When I mentioned these things at check out, the clerk didn’t comment or care. I couldn’t wait to leave and get some fresh air to lose my headache.

Not a good choice

I reserved this hotel for a family event at USC. The hotel is far from campus but I knew that when I made the reservation. The big disappointment was that the room wasn't clean when we checked in. Bathroom was disgusting. Room had a smell. Very old building. The included breakfast is nothing but a grab and go with coffee and some breakfast bars plus packaged oat meal. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the last several years.

Extended stay

We had to switch rooms. Ac was broken, telephone was not connected. There was no detergent to wash laundry.

Really nice friendly staff Harbour Channel selections to choose from when looking at television this would be one of the reasons that I would say do not go to this hotel television stations are horrible there's nothing to choose from

Nice staff but the hotel has bugs
