I got the room because of the jaccuzzi suite and that is NOT what I got so I paid 200. for nothing. Then the lady had an attitude and didnt give any information. NO wifi and no phone in room that worked . I did not get wjat I paid for

The stay in my room was nice except the first night with other noisy occupants. The rest of the stay was beautiful. It looked like it was being renovated so some upgrades must have been happening. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Breakfast
Hotel and staff were great. Only issue was during tha breakfast buffet, and it wasnt the hotels fault. Should maintain a staff member to monitor and ensure cleanliness. On day one breakfast my wife and I witnessed a young adult fill his plate with his hands vs the provided tongs. On day two breakfast we witnessed the same thing but it was the children of a family who used their hands again...on day two my wife and i decided to eat breakfast elsewhere because the kids had runny noses and the thought of their musus filled hands in the food was disgusting.

Card key lock out 5 times over 3 days. No room phone to call desk. Desk staff with attitude we felt they couldn't care less. Noisy room next to interstate (emergency vehicles, trucks and traffic. Noisy neighbors overhead. Maintenance and breakfast staff were consoling and actually seemed interested in us. While the mgr and clerks were NOT.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel, and Gigi was so kind and attentive. She baked delicious scones and various egg dishes, and talked to the guests as she offered her baked items. Great stay!

The hotel was unassumingly quiet, our room faced a grove of trees that blocked out any light or noise pollution. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept deep and the best in a long time! The staff was attentive and benchmarked my expectations for customer service.

Very outdated. We stayed on the 3rd floor and as soon as we got off the elevator it reaked of cigarette smoke. Got in our room and the floors were filthy. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. They charged us for our rooms even though we already paid the entirety through hotels.com. Thank you to Mohammed from Hotels.com for correcting that, he was very professional and timely. Only good thing is the breakfast

Desk staff is friendly & kind, the morning catering staff Peter & GiGi are absolutely AMAZING!! The overall cleanliness of our room was horrible. Boogers & bodily excrement on the headboards, blood stains on the walls. Beds were thrown together as if a 5 year old attempted to make the beds, bed skirts were barely hanging on. It was the 2nd room we received, the first room we were assigned, was saturated in animal urine. Maybe they are short staffed with a cleaning crew? We were denied a discount and another room. We purchased Clorox wipes to sanitize the room & reWashed all the bedding before sleeping. Even the bedding was not clean!!

This was the worst experience of my trip. I checked into my room at 3pm. After unpacking I went to watch tv and there was no service. I then went to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. I proceeded to go to the front desk, advised my situation, they came to the room unable to correct the issue, moved me across the hall. After repacking and unpacking still no tv however a phone. Called the front desk reporting the problem and now someone new said that the tv has been out since Friday. In addition no insurance was provided that it would be repaired. A call to Expedia was made regarding the issue and they attempted to assist however was unable to get through. This continues for 3 hours between myself and Expedia staff. At this point it was to late to find a new hotel. At no time was I offered a discount or refund or an apology from staff. In addition to my issue the reason I couldn’t speak to the manager as the line was 8-10 people deep with people looking for tv, bath towels and other complaints. This experience was/is so bad that I just changed my flight home instead of staying again in a Charlotte location that I enjoyed for the extra night. I am staying here for my son’s competition of US Army boot camp. The time I spent looking for help with my stay could have been spent with family. I am requesting a phone call follow up regarding this event. In addition I find it unsafe to have no phone in a room on the forth floor in the event of a fire. My #5087266189

One of our rooms had a coffee pot that had left over coffee in it that was full of mold. In the drawer od the other room there was 2 dirty diapers. A Lso had to have the keys to door reset twice. People in the breakfast area were quite friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay.
