Great stay for the money

Our stay was comfortable and easy ride to Columbia. Breakfast was good too!

Very disappointed, Normally love this chain

The boiler on the property had broken the day before our arrival. We were not told about this. We had cold showers and no hot water to wash our hands. The staff knew this and did not tell it's guests, until we left.

Hello, I am terribly sorry that we did not offer the service you have come to expect with Marriott hotels. We did experience an issue with our hot water valve, however we did not know about the issue until our guests reported this to us on Friday, March 3, 2017 at approximately 7:30 am. We immediately called a professional to identify and resolve the issue and worked diligently until the problem was resolved. We tried to alert as many guests as we could as we understand how upsetting it is to not have hot water available for washing. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We hope you will allow us another opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Very close to everything

Location: Just off of Two Notch Road where many restaurants are located.
A friend and I stayed here for a school conference. There were warm chocolate chip cookies and lime infused water at check in. Room was small but very comfy. Staff was excellent. Awesome breakfast!

Check the milk prior to drinking.

We were there for a one night stay while traveling. Everything was fine with the exception of the breakfast. The milk in the cartons was soured. Luckily, I only took one drink. Apparently, the lady in charge of the kitchen was aware because when I told her, she said she had tried four of the milk cartons and three out of the four was good. Guess I got unlucky number four.

The room was nice with comfortable beds, but walls are thin. Breakfast was good. Restaurants are around the hotel.

Overall nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel overall decent accommodations. The staff were pleasant, not overly hospitable. The room is OK. I am the kind of person that checks everything, they could have done a better job of cleaning. There was still some trash behind one of the beds. Felt like the breakfast set up was very accommodating as the variety was good. The hotel is close to Fort Jackson which was important to us because we were there for military graduation. Overall the place was good.
