Traveling to Orlando

Very impressed driving up to hotel - well maintained, clean. Staff very helpful, enjoyed relaxing on patio behind hotel. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning. When driving south again will Keep at the top of list for place to stay. Liked the proximity to I 77.

nice room but loud noises kept us awake

The room was nice and clean but the refrigerator bummer so loudly we had to unplug it during the night. We were awakened at 3am by someone nearby with a TV at top volume and then at 6am, when someone in a neighboring room flushed Theo toilet, we were awakened by a very loud sound of water dripping slowly in between the walls.

Breakfast needs to improve, eggs were dry and tasteless. A good sausage white gravy will help.

I was a little disappointed. They serve the same meal every morning. The shower needs updating.

Clean and Welcoming

Hotel room was bright, clean, and smelled fresh! Lobby was tidy. Employees were welcoming! Breakfast options were plentiful! The only disappointment was the maintenance of the breakfast bar...supplies were low or gone, despite two employees working hard to restock. Number of guests at breakfast was not exceedingly large. Eggs had been spilled around and in the toppings for oatmeal and during our 45 minutes there no one cleaned them up or replaced the toppings that had been contaminated.

Great Hotel

Hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Great access to restaurants and the interstate.

Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC

A very. Ice place and not too far off the highway. Everything was great. I didn’t like my choice of room, which was handicapped accessible. I did not request that and was bummed about it. No other choices available. I reserved early, too.

Horrible

First room smelled like cat pee, second room had bloody sheets and black hair.. totally unacceptable need a refubd

CLEAN!

Pros: VERY CLEAN NO BUGS FOOD WAS GOOD
Cons: STAFF, MAID SERVICE KNOWLEDGE MORE EYE CONTACT
Location: NO GOOD EATERIES (ALL FAST FOOD FRIED STUFF) HAD TO DRIVE DOWNTOWN AND JUST MISSED A SHOOTING! ROACH IN OLIVE GARDEN..WE FELT TRAPPED
SECOND DAY WE CAME BACK TO OUR ROOM WITH ONE TOWEL, NO SOAP, 2 TISSUES LEFT IN THE BOX AND I ASKED THE FD CLERK TO DO MY FLIGHT CHECK IN FOR ME AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW; AND NEGLECTED TO TELL ME THERE WERE COMPUTERS ACROSS THE ROOM. I AM NOT GOOD WITH COMPUTERS AND WAS TOLD THE FD WOULD HAPPILY CHECK IN FOR ME. NOT IN THIS HOTEL.
