Staff was very kind and room was clean. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is that I found the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. My husband thought they were comfortable though, so just personal preference. Overall great affordable stay.

Just ok, really. It’s what you’d expect. The beds were not comfortable at all. Very flimsy. Breakfast was alright. Would’ve been 5 stars under $100 per night… hit that $150 a night.. I’d expect newer beds, more than 2 towels. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner and a couple water bottles per night. I’d stay again, but only if it was my only choice.

They had an awesome coffee machine, could make espresso coffees of several kinds... there was construction around the outside of the hotel which was a little bothersome. The bed was just ok and the sheets weren't the really soft kind.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, considering the great reviews. But the property was only average in my opinion. The phone in my room didn’t work on outgoing calls… I couldn’t place any outgoing calls and I reported it immediately to the front desk. They only checked it by calling my room… so I could receive calls incoming, but I needed the phone for outgoing calls! They never attempted to fix it. The parking is horrible with very narrow entrance and exit lanes on a very busy highway without a traffic light. I had a handicapped accessible room, but they never did bring the shower chair I requested. I had to get my son to request it again and go get it for me. They said they had forgotten what room I was in. The cleaning people weren’t friendly at all and rarely responded back when spoke to. I usually stay every month for a few days at another establishment that isn’t rated as highly as this one, but I find they are friendlier and responsive immediately if something isn’t working correctly. The early morning and early afternoon desk clerk was very friendly. The evening and night desk clerk… not so much. I dislike leaving bad reviews and it’s very rare that I do, but I wonder if all of the wonderful reviews are truly written by paying customers at this establishment.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. I required a slightly later checkout which they approved without charging, and allowed me to then use their conference room for a meeting. Breakfast was good, the coffee machine in the front lobby was great. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very little parking. All three days no fresh coffee at 0900.Room was clean but bed was horrible, broken down. This had to be one of the original beds from when the hotel was built. Definitely not worth the money. I will not return nor recommend this hotel.

My family and I travel to South Carolina for the ARMY Graduation ceremony of my nephew. And quite frankly we wasn't expected to much from the hotel. But definitely Best Western Plus Lexington Inn change our perspective. Mrs.DeeDee (please forgive me if I don't write your name right) receive us with a beautiful smile on her face and a great attitude. She was very informative towards the hotel services. Overnight Mr.Thomas was also very polite and make us feel safe. Mrs.Cindy also overnight. Help us thru some needed items. And was very sweet and helpful. Our room was accessible for our disabilities, super spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, the fridge, coffee machine and microwave was a plus. There was five of us in total and we fix perfectly. Without feeling crowded. The breakfast serve by Mr.John was absolutely delicious! With some much variety and options to choose. Everything fresh and very conveniently arranged for starting our day. Mr.John was continually checking that everything was on order and good for the guests. Ant the coffee machine is 24 hours with a delicious fancy coffee! Mikey was check us out. And was very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful sweet gem hotel. And definitely will stay again, without a doubt. Thanks for having us. Keep up the great service!

We had a great two night stay. The hotel is private , quiet and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, beds were very comfy . The free breakfast was also very good . Can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. We give it a 10/10. Thank you for an excellent stay !
